Upon entering the spacious living room, large sliding glass doors unveil a breathtaking view of the Palm Springs mountain landscape. Living room amenities include chic modern furnishings, a fireplace for winter nights, board games, puzzles, books, and a 75-inch smart TV with streaming access supported by high-speed wifi that blankets the entire house.
The kitchen is a true chef's delight, boasting state-of-the-art Viking appliances with quality cookware and dishes. A perfect environment for entertaining. Outside, your private oasis awaits. Lounge in the freshly remodeled custom saltwater pool with an in-ground spa, surrounded by sophisticated desert landscaping and fully enclosed to ensure privacy. Enjoy in the pleasures of modern outdoor dining and a high-end propane grill, perfect for hosting outdoor gatherings. Additionally, a separate outdoor lounge area and a cozy fire pit beckon you to unwind under the Palm Springs night sky.
Each bedroom includes its own unique modern flair, featuring high-quality mattresses and linens. The large master bedroom has a vintage Palm Springs aesthetic with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers modern glamor with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Both king and queen bedrooms come equipped with desks, ideal for those working remotely, and large TVs with access to streaming apps for added convenience and leisure. Lastly, the third bedroom offers a desert-themed oasis, furnished with two modern twin beds with a bathroom right next to the room. Personalize your comfort with individual heating and air conditioning controls in each room. Enjoy access to an in-house laundry room as well.

-Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- Pool Heating fee $100 per day, $700 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 days May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay. You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.

- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.
