Dont judge a book by the cover the neighborhood looks a little rough and worn down and could sketch out some people but inside is clean and organized and it has a nice patio...the days we were there it was very quiet no traffic no noise very peaceful and it surprised us all because its a neighborhood where the houses are right next to each other but its so quiet and still there you do feel uncrowded .

Great for Cruise

The place was excellent. Great space definitely accommodate six family members. It was extremely clean. He gave excellent. Excellent instructions on how to handle it. After our departure entry time and availability. He was 100% available. I will definitely enjoy going back to Florida and having Javier as my host. It was a little far, but definitely worth it.

Central Location

Convenient location to both Biscayne and Everglades National Parks. Clean with ample space for our family with three teens as long as someone doesn’t mind sleeping in the living room. Back patio provided a nice escape despite being in a relatively crowded neighborhood.

This was a nice little house in Homestead, and close to both Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. We were easily able to drive to both parks, with each being about 15 minutes away. The place was clean and a good space for my family to stay at. It’s a great option if you are visiting the parks.

Mother/ daughter Everglades Escape!

This home had everything we needed to launch us into the Everglades and the Keys for a 3 night vacation. The kitchen was well stocked so we could eat in after shopping at the conveniently located Publix grocery store. The neighborhood is a little older, but very quiet and friendly. The house was clean and comfortable. We purchased extra TP, to hold us over.We'd stay here again!The host was very responsive when I messaged him.

Family Visit

stayed here for a short family visit. Property is clean, in good condition and as advertised. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessities including coffee, spices, condiments, utensils, etc. Javier was responsive and easy to communicate with and was very helpful returning our iPad that we mistakenly left behind.

great trip to Everglades

Outside was a little disconcerting, but inside was very clean and efficient. Everything worked great. We had a wonderful time spending several days in the Glades using this location as our base.

Homestead Townhouse

Everything was as advertised. The townhouse was well equipped, clean, good parking, handy to Biscayne and Everglades NP. Nice patio area, not much of a grill. we didn't cbed.

Family Getaway 2025

The properity was clean and is presented accurately. Easy to find and a great location. Communication was ok. I did have to message a few times for the check in process. He didn't answer the first time, but did answer the second time but did take a few days to answer. Overall, we had a great stay. If we go back to that area, I'd probably book there again.

As Described

Property was as described. Only one night stay but check in/out was a breeze, price was right, it was clean and well kept with all the basics in case you forgot something. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I was in town.

Exactly as advertised

This property was exactly what we needed for a few days of sightseeing and relaxing evenings to rest up for the next day. The manager was quick to respond to inquiries. The location was great with quick access to major sights.

Unsure after reading property details?

This home was exactly what was listed in property details. It served the purpose just for what we were looking for—eating breakfast, sleeping, and showering. We were constantly on the go during our stay. Always room for improvement, could use some cosmetic updates, but overall experience was good.

Nice location

Clean, inviting, and welcoming property. Great location for home base. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet.Only improvement: I'd recommend a hand towel and washcloth for each guest. We made due, so not much of a problem.

Perfect for visiting the National Parks

The location was perfect for visiting Everglades and Biscayne. It was also perfectly located for travel to Key West. The property was impeccably clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Most of all, it was like coming home after a long day of adventure. Loved the courtyard for drying our gear and it wss monitored by a miniature panther (house cat).

Older unit in a suburban neighborhood, but good location to National Parks

This unit was perfect as a home base between national parks. It is clean inside and was stocked with all the basics. Not fancy, but fit our needs.

Clean, comfortable and close to National Parks!

We were in Homestead to visit Everglades and Biscayne National Parks and this was a perfect place for our family of four to stay comfortably. The kitchen is well-stocked so we could prepare meals at home, everything was clean and very comfortable for all. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.
