Ladan är en komplett, mysig stuga belägen på en vacker, trädbevuxen 2 tunnland.

Njut av fullständig integritet inklusive en två personer jacuzzi, separat dusch, queen size-säng, komplett kök (fylld med frukostmat), täckt veranda med gunga och gasgrill.

En vacker pool i marken ligger på fastigheten. Du är inbjuden att simma, om vädret tillåter.

Det finns inga husdjur tillåtna. Men du kan träffa vår lilla flock med värphöns och vår tupp. Vi har färska ägg varje dag.

Äppelträd, druvor, körsbär, päron och servicebär är en inbjudan till den vita svanshjorten att besöka och äta varje dag. Fågelskådning är också en favoritsport.

Jerry and Marquetta were wonderful hosts. Cabin is very cute and well decorated. Certainly doesn’t feel like you are staying in the city! Chickens were great company and the breakfast provided was perfect. Convenient to lots of great things in Louisville. Enjoyed our stay.

Wow, if you can Stay here DO

We just did an overnight on our trip south but as many others have said wish we could have stayed longer. Don't stay in a hotel/motel if you can stay here!!

This was the best girl's trip I have ever been on and we celebrated my 50th birthday during the stay. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and this place was spotless. The hosts came and greated us upon check-in and the are super nice. We booked this place for the location and pool; neither disappointed. The AC worked great, the showers water pressure was perfect and we never ran out of hot water. The chickens were so cute and for being behind the cabin, we never heard them in the morning, so we got to sleep late. The eggs, bacon and English muffins provided were yummy, we had that for dinner the last night. The property was picture perfect! We're going to make this our place for our yearly vacation. Thank you for the perfect experience!!

A Wonderful Retreat!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage! The charming barn, chicken, and farm-themed décor made the space feel warm and inviting, and the home itself is beautifully maintained. We especially loved having private access to the pool—it was a huge bonus during the hot summer days! The jacuzzi tub was another relaxing highlight. The hosts went above and beyond with their hospitality, even leaving us fresh eggs, bacon, and bread, which we truly appreciated. The location is perfect—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from downtown Louisville, making it easy to explore local attractions and restaurants. It was the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and charm!

Weekend getaway

Perfectly located outside the city; about a 15-20 minute drive depending on your destination. Very cute cottage and the breakfast provided was great! We would recommend!

Pefect getaway spot, still close to attractions

We love staying here. Cabin feels so cozy and away from the city yet your still so close to attractions in and around Louisville. Hosts are super nice folks! Would recommend this to anyone. We'll be back for sure.

Cozy experience with nearby access to many fun places in Louisville

I stayed here with my son and had a great experience. The cabin was extremely nice and clean with plenty of amenities. My son especially enjoyed checking out the chicken coop as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Louisville and looking for a place to stay.

Absolute Relaxation

This was the perfect spot for my boyfriend and I to spend some quality time before he flew back home, we enjoyed the scenery, the tub, and the overall vibe of the place! We will definitely be coming back soon!

America's Barn

It was peaceful. The hosts are gracious. This is a great place to relax and only a short ride to Whiskey Row in Louisville. We had a great time enjoying our time there. If and when we decide to revisit the area we would love to stay again.

One night in Louisville

We were stopping over in Louisville on the way to visit family and couldn't be happier with our stay at this property. It is a delightful cabin with everything you need - and more - to be comfortable and enjoy yourselves. It was immaculate, access was easy, and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. The eggs were delicious! Thanks for a great stay!

We are in a VERY convenient location but as you turn in the drive the metropolitan access is left behind and the rural beauty becomes the focus. There is complete privacy as well as the feel of 'country' living.
The beauty of wildlife, fruit trees, and the sounds of chickens help you to feel very removed from the 'city' life.
