The Space:
As you step into RC's, you'll instantly feel the laid-back ambiance that only paradise can offer. The freshly renovated studio exudes coastal charm with its neutral color palette, stylish furnishings, and carefully curated surf-inspired decor. The open floor plan seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and sleeping areas, allowing you to unwind and recharge after a day of beach adventures.

Relax on the comfortable queen-size beds, where you can drift off to the sound of crashing waves outside. Prepare a bite to eat in the brightly themed kitchenette, complete with fridge, microwave and ample counter space.

Guest Access:
The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned for each unit.

Located just 4 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, the beach, shops and restaurants are all just a quick walk or bike ride away. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in the area.
