Fantastiskt läge på Cocoa Beach, nära Cocoa Beach Pier och nära kryssterminalerna Port Canaveral. Detta 2 sovrum, jag badrum lägenhet är rymlig, och blandar en ny och retro look. Detta är en andra våningsenhet och har utsikt över havet från vardagsrummet och sovrummen. Man kan sova mot ljudet från havsvågorna kraschar på stranden. Du kan också ha en utmärkt utsikt över de frekventa raketerna utan att lämna marken! Lägenheten är välutrustad, med nya apparater, smarta TV-apparater i vardagsrummet och sovrummen, och vi har kabel och trådlöst internet. Sovrummen har queen size-sängar, och soffan viker ut till en full storlek bäddsoffa. För din bekvämlighet har vi strandstolar, parasoller, sandleksaker och ett paket. Det finns också en duschstation med sötvatten för att skölja bort när du lämnar stranden. Om du har en större grupp kan vi också hyra en andra lägenhet i samma komplex. Se lista # 7121431

Great Place

We were able to book this place at the last minute to be able to stay in the same complex as some friends. It worked out perfectly. The place was very comfortable, clean and we were able to feel at home. I would definitely go back. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great location!

This was a nice little property on Cocoa Beach with the two bedrooms I needed. This was a pre-cruise stay and this was perfect for it. Restaurants, Publix etc. were a short driving distance. Loved the cute patio on the property!

Nice Apartment

Really clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. There are nice walking paths from the house along the roads and beach. The bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds. It is more like an apartment than a condo as you can hear the people next door. If you cook a lot bring your own supplies because this kitchen doesn’t have many necessities like knives, garlic press, mixer, dishwasher or garbage disposal.. It is a good value for the location and the host was very good on communication.

Great Condo Steps from the Beach!

The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. He really went out of his way to work with our travel plans. The condo was impeccably clean and has everything you need. It’s literally just steps from the beach - you can’t get any closer. We travel to the Cocoa Beach area at least a couple times a year, and we would definitely stay again!

Great Girls Getaway

My friend and I met here for a girls getaway. It was clean, safe, quiet, and easy to access. We had a wonderful time. Mike was easy to contact (a minor concern regarding the internet) He handled it quickly and kindly. I would highly recommend as you are just steps to the beach. It was in a great area that was not busy at all. We felt like we had our own private beach. Walked everywhere, to the pier, and to dinner. Highly recommend!

Great place

The location is amazing and Mike was great. He even drove out when I was having an issue with the lock. Steps to the beach, just a few blocks to restaurants and ice cream shops. A great place for a family vacation.

The location to the beach was great! The property was clean and quiet. It was convenient to other activities in the area. A lot of beach items were available in the property to use and had plenty of towels and extra sheets if you were to need them.

Truly Tranquil

If you're looking for a simple, clean, quiet condo with amazing views, close to many interestingl attractions and only steps from the beach then look no further, you've found it. Our home away from home was meticulously clean and had everything we needed. It was so quiet that you forgot there were ppl just across the wall. Parking was easy with a reserved spot for each condo. The pier is within walking distance but far enough away so that it's not crowded. We fell in love so much that is was hard to leave

Great location

Everything was good enough. The only negatives (which were not that big of deal) were that the crib, beach umbrellas, and sun shade were all broken, also the partial ocean views are non existant.. all in all its a great litlle place to stay!
