We couldn't have asked for a better stay. I'll admit, I was nervous booking a pet friendly property, afraid it might not be well kept. This property is top notch and communication from hosts was great. We were in town for our son's baseball tournament and it was perfect, great view. Will definitely book this property again when traveling with the whole family.

The property was exceptionally clean and accurately matched the photographs and description provided. We found all the basic essentials well-stocked, including towels and kitchenware. We were particularly grateful for the inclusion of the high chair, which greatly benefited our family and reduced the amount of bulk items we needed to bring.The location of the community is ideal, offering convenient access to local attractions while remaining far enough away to provide a peaceful environment outside of the main tourist zones. We especially enjoyed spending time on the screened balcony overlooking the waterway.

We were in town for a softball tournament. Condo is in a great location, clean, has an elevator, beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked, plenty of bathroom linens, excellent communication with host. The condo grounds are well kept, pool and grassy area are just outside the condo. Cleanup responsibilities were very easy. Great view of the inter coastal waterway. Very accommodating host.

This is our second stay at Lisa's condo, and it was a wonderful 10 days. The condo is large, fully equipped, and convenient to Grande Coastal Mall, Myrtle Beach State Park, Huntington Beach Staye Park, many great restaurants, and the highly walkable Market Commons. The community is quiet, the Intra Coastal Waterway is right there. Lisa is an excellent host from booking through check out!

The condo is exactly as pictured. Clean and bright! Wonderful area. We loved watching the boats and watercraft go by! We loved our stay there!

Always The Best

This was our second time staying, and as always, it was the best. Lisa, has a wonderful condo, located along the Intercoastal. The location is very tranquil, and she has all the amenities one would need for either a short- or long-term rental. Any time we communicated with her, she was very prompt in replying.We will be staying here again!

The property was clean and organized. Lisa, the host, was communicative and provided clear instructions at check-in and check-out that made our stay go as smoothly as possible. She was available if we had any questions. Located on the IntraCoastal provided a pleasant and relaxing time when spending it out on the balcony. It was especially nice that it was pet-friendly. We would very much enjoy returning in the future.

Amazing!

We had the absolutely best time here! There was plenty of room for 8 people, and all the amenities included were more than sufficient for us. The area was super quiet, all the neighbors were super friendly, and we received everything we could ever want. We have already made plans to stay there next year! If you want to experience Myrtle Beach, but stay at a comfortable, friendly, and safe place, then you MUST check out this location!

Location is a little bit of travel time from majority of Myrtle Beach. Condo building is on the waterway. Pool is a short walk through the grass. Neighbors were nosy and not friendly. Stairway and elevator were dirty. Floors were dirty and left our white socks very brown. Bathrooms were clean. Bunk bed room had a few small bugs (I researched and they were ticks). Balcony and master bathroom were the best part. I wish the community had a dog park (or designated area for dogs) and recreational activities (basketball court, bike trails, playground, etc.) for children. No storage for fishing equipment or bikes; however host was willing to make an exception (I was worried they may get stolen). We ended up leaving them in the truck bed and they were fine. All in all we had a great time in MB and my children enjoyed their vacation.

Renters and permanent residents are not happy when illegal drugs are in the air. They had every right to complain. I’m sorry, but you do not have a right to do as you please, in another’s home. This includes you leaving minors back at the condo unattended, letting minors go to pool unattended, having unregistered guests inside property and use our pool as well has having a second pet on property, that you did not pay for. You signed the agreement and if the property did not fit your needs, you should have passed on our rental. No we do not allow outdoor equipment and bikes inside our home. This is a home, not a resort or hotel. We care about the condition and treatment of our private property. Keep that in mind, the next time you book a hosts private space.

Intracoastal Waterway Chindo

Having once owned a chindo in this complex, I was thrilled to be back to visit with friends and neighbors. It's a quiet and friendly community away from the tourist section of town yet accessible to everything. Lisa was a super host and responded in a timely manner. The condo is well-appointed, and everything is clearly labeled. I'll be back for sure!

Wonderful condo!

We stayed with host, Lisa, for two weeks over Christmas break. Location was great, we were less than 20 min from family in the St James school area, needing last minute shopping near Broadway at the Beach area was easy to get to. We used the park pass at condo to check out Myrtle Beach’s State Park. Lisa is a very considerate and helpful host to make sure all was ok. It was! I chose this locale because I knew I wanted to feel safe with our dog going out at night, I always did! Wonderful area, we watched boats on canal from balcony of condo. Highly recommend this condo, very well appointed, convenient, and we felt safe and welcomed throughout our stay! Thank you again!

A week on the Intercoastal

We picked this property primarily for its location: on the intercoastal, Arrowhead golf course locale, closeness to the beach (having access to a State Park Pass was great) and access to a swimming pool. This property is pet friendly as well !The property is as described. Staying longer then 3 days you will need to re-supply paper goods. Furniture comfortable with the exception of the master bedroom mattress (it may just be us, but we were uncomfortable). The grandkids enjoyed sleeping in the bunkbeds and my wifes daughter had no complaints with the guest bedroom accomodations. I loved sitting out on the screened in porch. I would recommend this rental for families and small groups.

Awesome

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. Everything about the unit was wonderful! The host was very attentive and responsive. We had an issue with the coffee pot (not her fault) and she immediately took care of it and ordered a new one. The place was very clean which is our number one priority. Nice area with a perfect view of the intercoastal to watch the boats. Little added touches were present, like laundry soap and a high chair. We happen to need it for our grandaughter. The check in and out were effortless. There's not much required when you leave. I've stayed in places where they make you take off the sheets and even launder the first load. There's a nice pool there also. We will definitely stay again.
