This beautiful 2bd 2ba condo is located right in the heart of East Nashville. Just a short walk to Five Points, Turnip Truck, and many more amazing spots. With views of East Park (right next door!) and downtown, this condo is features an open concept, with secondary space for a dining room, office, or even just another hang out space! Primary en suite includes its own balcony, jetted tub/ shower combo, and tons of room in the walk in closet. The living room is perfect for entertaining, situated between an open concept kitchen, and another balcony! Living area showcases hardwood floors and gas fireplace, with lots of windows to let the light in! Between the location, layout, views, and the small gated community, what else could you ask for?!

If you require us to come to the property as you are locked out, it is a $125 lockout service fee, plus the parts & labor to replace the key/door, if necessary.
