Vi är cirka 15 minuter från Vanderbilt och 25 minuter från centrala Nashville. Av I40. Helt nytt modernt radhus i Bellevue är bekvämt till Warner Parks, Checkwood Estate och Gardens, och Belle Meade Plantation.

Nice stay

It’s was very clean with a positive first impression. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. The location was perfect for the local attractions we were there for. I would return.

Great price and location!

This was a very nice place to stay! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed! It was in a great location and only 20-25 min from downtown Nashville and easy to get to lots of different places we visited in Nashville! Had a grocery store close and quite a few restaurants! We would definitely recommend it to other people to stay!

Great property in Bellevue

Very clean and comfortable townhouse in very convenient location. Lots of room, each bedroom having its own bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay.

The house was as the pictures show. I'm a clean feak and this home was spotless. Would certainly stay there again. Kitchen had anything you would need. Host (Diane) was great.

Nashville Nice

This 3 bedroom condo had attached bathrooms in every bedroom and a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. Location was about 10 minutes from Broadway and it was nice to be away from the crazyness of downtown. Beds were really comfortable and it was very quiet inside.

60th Birthday Celebration

We absolutely loved this townhouse! Such a great location and only about 20 minutes to downtown. Very spacious with all the amenities you need to make you feel right at home! Diane was a great host and quick to respond to questions. We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back and staying here again!

Exploring Tennessee

The home is beautiful. On a beautiful morning or sunny day, the home really captures the sunlight. The location is close to downtown, shopping and other eateries. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen offers a little more than just basic essentials, which was a bonus!

Enjoyed our stay!

The home was very spacious, clean and a well stocked kitchen. The location was good with nearby restaurants and shopping. There was one tiny issue with one of the tv. The owner advised that she would definitely solve the issue as soon as possible. Overall it was a good choice for my friends and I. Would definitely recommend.

Great Find in Nashville

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at this lovely property when we visited from Milwaukee and Minneapolis to attend a grandson’s high school graduation. Our family of four adults and three young children were well accommodated. The location was perfect for the weekend events that were held in the west Nashville and downtown areas. The neighborhood is safe and quiet yet immediately surrounded by a variety of casual restaurants and fast food places, grocery store and gas station. The condo was spotlessly clean, very nicely furnished with large bedrooms and baths, several TV’s and a big kitchen. We look forward to returning for future family gatherings.

Everything was great. The only complaint was the living room furniture was not the most comfortable for lounging but we didn’t have much down time. Too much to do!

Spacious townhouse in west Nashville

This townhouse has plenty of sleeping space with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to make meals. It is not far from the freeway so access is good to transportation and there is plenty of shopping nearby. We had good communication with the owners prior to arrival. The weather caused some issues with the rental as far as the cleaning and supply of amenities but we were happy with our stay and would stay again in future.

Updated and spacious!

The townhome looks just like the photos, and it’s very spacious and clean. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The vanities are not big in the bathrooms so had to be a little creative with all our toiletry stuff. Property manager responded immediately w/questions we had. The location was convenient, extremely close to grocery stores, fast food etc. It is located on a busy street so we had some traffic noice while trying to sleep otherwise great stay. Thank you!

Awesome Property Owner

The only reason location was given a 4 instead of a 5 was because it's right on Hwy 70! So LOTS of traffic. Did not hear the traffic at all from inside the townhome, but taking the dogs out was challenging as all the noise made them nervous. But the location, as far as convenience to things, was wonderful! My only complaint with the townhome itself was the master bedroom down. We stayed down as the dogs were in their crates downstairs and the mattress in that bedroom really needs to be replaced. It felt almost sofa bed quality. Communication with the owner was fabulous; and the townhome comes equipped with everything you need for your stay!

This definitely 10/10

The downstairs was great for us older people, lots of bathrooms. The upstairs was perfect for our great granddaughter, she wanted her own bed and bath. And the other bedroom was perfect for granddaughter and her 6 year old. This Townhouse has a lot of special little things you don’t ever get. Loved that it was away from the big city and a lovely upscale neighborhood. Wish it wasn’t so far away would love to go back!!!

Wonferful stay , had everything you could need. Loved that each bedroom has a bathroom. Lovely Townhomea little bit of a drive to downtown due to Nashvilles traffic, but otherwise wonderful.
