Dog-Friendly Retreat: Budget 3BR/2.5BA Townhouse in East Georgetown!
Welcome to our 2-story townhouse in the beautiful city of Georgetown! This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (tub/shower combos) located upstairs, plus a 1/2 bath downstairs on the main level with the kitchen/living/dining/laundry room. We offer a great furnished and affordable option in our well-taken care of 4-plex building!
The home features:
â Nice newer construction with high ceilings and nice finishes throughout!
â Comfortable beds, pillows, linens & towels
â Fully Stocked Kitchen for all of your cooking needs along with a built-in microwave, gas stove, undermount kitchen sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal and side by side refrigerator/freezer
â Smart TV
â No carpet - tile and luxury plank wood flooring is throughout
â In-unit laundry room with your own private washer/dryer/laundry soap
â 2 assigned parking spaces per unit
â Dog-friendly - max 2 dogs ( No cats please.)

The Space:
As you enter the house, you will notice the spacious feel of the open floor plan with the kitchen and living area downstairs, along with a powder room. The three bedrooms are all upstairs, with the master featuring a private full bathroom and the other two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. Both of the bathrooms feature a shower/tub combo, so please be advised that no walk-in shower is available. Please note that the age limit for this property is 21 years old and above.
Please enjoy the outdoor space at your leisure with your pets, but please note that every other Monday/Tuesday we have lawn care and would appreciate it if you secure your pets during that time.
Guest Access:
The building is a fourplex. All four units feature entry on the main floor with no exterior steps. Two parking spaces are available per unit, with markings indicating which spaces correspond to which unit. If you need to park more than two vehicles, free street parking is available.
Other Things to Note:
The home is less than 500 yards from Geneva Park, which features lots of open space and a wonderful playground for kids. It is less than a mile from Southwestern University, and less than two miles from Georgetown Square. There are lots of quaint shops and restaurants to explore in that direction!
Note that all three bedrooms are upstairs, and there are no walk-in showers (both full bathrooms are upstairs and feature a tub/shower combo).
