Terrific Wellfleet stay

Great property. Quiet, clean and had everything a family needs for a great week on the Cape. Easy parking . Great location within 15 minute walk to town and easy access to beaches. We loved it.

We had a terrific stay. Ideally located so you can walk into town, or drive to bay or ocean beaches in under 15 minutes. Den is big and comfortable to hang out in with the family and kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Also loved the outdoor shower. House is very clean and bright.We had been in the house about 7 years ago and noted some improvements - new 1/2 bath and washer/dryer upstairs.

Great House and Location

Second stay, liked it more the second time. Clean, we’ll appointed, plenty of parking, close to town and the beaches.

Relaxed and clean

The cottage was clean and having air conditioning on 2 occasions was great. Cottages on the Cape can smell musty and moldy this one does not at all. Loved the kitchen which is updated and the outdoor shower. The cottage is very close to Wellesley center. The beds comfortable and the washer dryer location and size very handy. Also great big screen TV which includes Apple TV. Bob property Manager was very responsive and helpful. We will be back.

What a find!

First the owner - Bob is very helpful, answers quickly and is as nice an owner as you'll find. The house is deceptively large, spacious and perfectly laid out. Kitchen is up to date, the beds are comfortable and the house was perfectly clean. Neighborhood is great, easy to walk to town. Loved it.

Very nice rental house Enjoyed everything including AC, great outdoor shower, updated kitchen appliances, private outdoor patio So close to town and beaches Loved the open floor plan Skylights and ceiling plan a plus

What a fantastic summer rental... great location, clean, cute, private backyard and plenty of room for three couples. The location is perfect, close to everything. Will be back next year!!! Thanks Bob!

This house is awesome!

The house is very well situated making for short drives to all beaches and out of town restaurants. Within about a 10 minute walk to town for shopping and eating..owner is very responsive with tourist type information (and came right over to replace the empty gas tank on the grill) outdoor shower is a winner! Wonderful experience and will be back..

Terrific place, great location, wonderful owner

Easy walk to downtown, easy drive to beaches. Well appointed kitchen, spacious living room, three comfy bedrooms. Loved the outdoor shower, barbecue area. Had a terrific stay and hope to come back again.

We love this house.

We love this house and it's location. We stay here for 1 perfect week a summer. Just a short walk to downtown with fabulous restaurants, galleries and Mayo beach. Our favorite activities are surf kayaking, sailing on the ponds ,jogging along the ocean, biking, and the free Shakespeare in the park. This house is always clean and comfortably accommodates family and friends. The outdoor shower is amazing and we love breakfast and dinner on the quiet back patio. There is also plenty of parking for visitors. Bob and his wife are always available to answer questions. couldn't ask for a better owner!!!

Superb vacation home

I had a wonderful Cape Cod Experience while staying at this lovely home. There was plenty of room for myself, husband and two young children. We LOVED the outdoor shower and the spacious and well appointed living area. The outdoor grill sits just outside the kitchen where you will find comfortable outdoor seating. The beds are super comfy and the bathroom sparkling and new. The location is perfect for a walk downtown and is nearby to the bay beach and the harbor. The ocean beaches sit across route 6 but are only a 5 minute drive away. The owner was very responsive and had great suggestions for restaurants and activities. I highly recommend this house for a perfect Wellfleet vacation.
