Direkt Vatten utsikt över Cape Cod Bay. Vackra helrenoverade första våningen lägenhet med nya vackra bred planka vit ek golv genom-out. Nytt fullt fungerande kök med kvarts bänkskivor, vackert inredda glas kakel backsplash och en pub stil bord med utsikt över vattnet. Den levande har en ny skinnsoffa, takfläkt, 55 "platt-TV och en privat däck med utsikt över bukten. De två sovrum båda har queen size-sängar, takfläktar, luftkonditionering och platt-TV. Denna lägenhet är perfekt beläget på East End eller Provincetown på Bay Colony och är ca. en mil från monumentet & Ferry. Vårt hem är bara några steg från stranden och en ca. mil promenad genom sanddyner till Atlanten.
Vackra solnedgångar kan avnjutas från däck. Parkering ligger direkt framför vår lägenhet med extra parkeringsplats. Dessa lägenheter är också en kort promenad till många konstgallerier, butiker och restauranger Provincetown har att erbjuda.
Poolen ligger intill med en pool sida grill med mat, dryck och cocktails och för dem som vill bli bortskämda, finns det en plats servitris.

Njut 4 juli titta på paraden och fyrverkerier från däck. Provincetown har årligen en parad som startar nästa dörr på Harbor hotellet. Bakluckan innan paraden och förhandsgranska antika bilar och flyter. Njut av parad och kväll fyrverkerier tid hemma i lägenheten däck.

Great cozy place and terrific location

We loved this place! Nicely appointed, neatly presented and a terrific location. We listened to the ocean waves at night and saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Perfect weather made this a wonderful getaway! We would highly recommend it!

Great location, beautiful place!

We had a short stay after the Pan Mass Challenge. It is only about a mile from downtown and right across the street from the water. The inside is clean, perfectly laid out and fit our needs perfectly! The owner is repsonsive and accomodating.

Great spot with incredible access to town and to the beach!

We had such a lovely time at the property. It was cozy and air-conditioned, with a great view of the ocean. Parking directly in front. Excellent communication on all of our questions. Great spot, and I definitely recommend it.

Great Location

Cozy condo with easy parking right across from the bay-side beach - this beach is amazing for walking, wading, and picking shells. Very short drive to downtown Ptown, and close to Cape Cod National Seashore. Condo community is quiet at night, ideal for a good nights’ sleep. Owners also maintain a good amount of cookware and serving-ware, saving you so much money if you’re happy to cook! Loved this place and would happily return.

Girls trip

Great views from the patio! Well stocked kitchen. Host is very responsive to messages. We really loved the location just outside of the busier part of Commercial Street and across from the beach. We walked into town most days and took a pedicab back if we were feeling lazy. The pool adjacent to the condo is just a quick walk be mindful that it is a very family friendly pool but clears out around 5pm.

a great location

So close to the bay! We drank coffees and ate several meals on the patio, gazing at the water. At low tide we enjoyed walks on the sand -- accessed directly across the street. Even when it was time for an ocean beach, or the excitement of Commercial Street's other end, the condo was conveniently located. The area was quiet at night. The condo was well equipped and overall comfy enough for 3 adults to do our own thing for a few days. Owners were responsive; checkin was easy. Great vacation spot!

Bay Lover’s Dream

If you love the bay and don’t mind being out of the center of town, this is your spot! One of the best beaches in PTown. The views from the unit are perfect.

Lovely location on the beach at the entrance of Ptown

Location is great and the property has the most beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The toilet was broken and no attempt was made to fix it for the price we paid was unacceptable. We had to go into the tank each time to flush. No response when I left a message to the owner. Also there are wayyy too many objects on every possible surface: statues, lamps, stuff absolutely everywhere so no place to put guests things or use any surface. Not welcoming.

Beach Condo at Provincetown

Great little condo, a couple of miles out of the town center. Beach right across the street, not crowded and still water. Easy walk into Provincetown but if you can wing the time, there's a shuttle (we always seemed to miss it). Plenty of space for 4. Patio out front for people watching and just enjoying the atmosphere. A couple of notes: laundry facilities are in the basement of building 2. We wandered around for some time looking for a non-existent entrance on the ground floor. Bring your own pillow and tp!

This was the perfect location. The view out the front deck was the bay and lighthouse. Like a lovely postcard. The bay was just across the street and the location was far away enough from downtown for quiet yet close enough for a pleasant walk.

Beautiful and right across the street from the water.

We enjoyed staying here very much. It was beautifully decorated and the location was just far enough from town to feel secluded, but close enough to be convenient. Sitting out on the deck watching the water with a cocktail in hand was my favorite part.

Comfortable

Apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. Away from town center so less traffic but easy access to bikes and bus. Beach was right across the street, deck was perfect for relaxing. Would stay again.

Great view! Comfortable stay.

This condo is on the outskirts of Provincetown. It’s a longish walk to the center but interesting. We would often take the shuttle from the next hotel in and walk back. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. It is not large at all but really suited our needs. The beds were very comfortable.The deck has a great view of the water and we really enjoyed watching the moon Rise every night.

Quiet, waterfront perfection

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo when we arrived. Having the bedrooms in the back was perfect as I tend to go to bed earlier and get up earlier than the other two. We could all have our own schedules without disturbing the ones sleeping. We spent a lot of time on the front porch enjoying the beautiful views of the Bay and the breeze off the water was always nice as well. Mike was always very responsive to any questions I had and even checked in a couple of times during the week to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Thank you Mike and Frank for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!

This is a nice condo in a building of a few units, in a parking lot of maybe a dozen similar buildings. It is right across the street from the beach, and is about a mile into town.

We grew up in Connecticut and currently live North Haven approx 3.5 hrs from our condo. I had been coming to the cape for over 20 years and had always wanted to own something so I would be able to experience all the seasons at the cape and come whenever I needed a break.
