Vackert tre sovrum två badrum hem ligger vid 4056 Asbury Ave. i Ocean City, New Jersey. Detta hem byggdes 2015 och är FIRST golv enhet. Sov bekvämt åtta med fyra fulla sängar och en queen size-bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Hemmet har kakelgolv i kök / matsal / vardagsrum, rostfria vitvaror, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, kvartsräknare, kaklat bad, central AC hela, trådlöst internet och tv i sovrummet och vardagsrummet. Matbord för sex plus en ö för stand-up mat. Garage parkering för en bil och uppfart parkering för en annan. Lagring för stolar och strand tillbehör finns också. Det har också en stor veranda samt en liten bakdäck. Det finns en sluten utomhusdusch. Tre strandmärken finns. Hyresgäster måste tillhandahålla sängkläder och handdukar. Ocean City är en familjeort stad som ligger på en ö längs Atlanten 15 miles söder om Atlantic City. Stränderna skyddas livrädd under sommarsäsongen och det finns dedikerade surfstränder. Förutom den 2 5 mile strandpromenaden med nöjespier, shopping och restauranger. Det finns också Bay Front-området för vattensporter, fiske charter, båtuthyrning och ett shoppingcenter med shoppingcenter med unika butiker och restauranger.

Week at the beach

Martin and Dan were very attentive to our group. The house is clean, and comfortable. It's a short walk to beach, breakfast and ice cream spot. The playground is only 6 blocks away.

Clean, attractive, and great location!

The unit was exactly as described and as pictured -- no unpleasant surprises here! Kitchen had the tools we needed to cook every meal at home, and Acme is a few blocks away, so no need to resort to restaurants. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy enough for 8 adults. Sofa bed in living room sleeps an additional 2 people. There are extra chairs to fit 8 adults around the kitchen table (cozy, but that adds to the spirit of togetherness, right?). Air conditioning worked great, tv was good, internet was reliable, and parking was no challenge (1 garage spot, 1 driveway spot, and plenty of spaces on the street). Owner was very available and helpful but not at all intrusive. Beach is a very short walk away: across 2 streets, and you're there. There are long, heavy rubber mats over the dunes at the entrance to the beach at 41st Street, so getting onto the beach was pretty easy even for the family member who has trouble walking. A Catholic church is a block away. We would definitely consider choosing this property again if our travel plans brought us to Ocean City in the future.

Nice last minute getaway

Great location - 1.5 blocks from beach. Condo is nicely designed and very clean. We enjoyed morning coffee out on the front porch, watching sports & movies on the smart tv (comcast for tv/internet), and nice walks around the area. I liked the little desk/ work area on the side of the LR. Kitchen is well stocked. Martin is a delightful host and was very friendly and attentive for check in/out. We would stay here again.

Great location

The house was very clean and the porch a wonderful place to relax and hang out. Close to the grocery store and only a 2inute walk to the beach. Easy on and off access!

Beautiful two weeks!

We had a wonderful time staying here for two weeks. Everything we needed was provided in this beautiful home. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were beautiful. Mr. Keating was very accommodating and checked on us to see if there was anything that we needed. Thank you!

Very Nice House

Martin the owner was a very nice man and really cared about his tenants satisfaction. He checked in with me on 2 occasions to make sure everything was going well with the house. The house was built in 2015 and still had a new house smell. The outside showers was a big hit with my children and the location was outstanding, 1 1/2 block walk to the beach and a one block walk to the ice cream polar.

Awesome Property!!

We had a great stay at 4056 AsburyAve! It is a great location and very close to a beautiful beach! House was very clean with all amenities needed. Owner. Mr. Keating is great to work with and very friendly! Highly recommend the home. Been a renter in Ocean City,NJ for years and perfer to "rent by owner" a much better chioce then the realtors! Book 4056... You'll have a great time!!!

Great property!

We had a great 2 weeks at the house. Martin the owner was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. The house is really beautiful. Kitchen and bathrooms gorgeous and all top of the line GE appliances. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. The location very quite and very close to the beach!

House was layed out very nice and everything was clean and in good working condition. The house is located near the beach, church, near the playground. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.
