We loved our stay here! We are a couple traveling with our 10 year old and our parents, and having two master bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with ITS own bathroom was a dream! Everyone had a space and a bathroom. Everything was clean and renovated so it felt new. We loved the pool and outdoor area. We spent most of our time out there. Great house, great memories! Thank you!

Nice property. The house is in a quiet, easily accessible neighborhood, and not far from grocery stores and restaurants. The AC worked well. The beds were comfortable. Having the pool in the backyard was awesome. We only had two concerns during our stay - the kitchen could be better furnished with bowls, pans and silverware; and the hot water is HOT, probably too hot. Communication with the host was excellent. If we ever get back to the Spring Hill area, we would consider staying here again. Thanks!

Perfect getaway

This home was just as listed in photos. Fit our variety of aged kids and everyone was so comfortable here as they would have been if they were at home. Definitely a home I’d stay in again.

Family Florida Frolic

The house was great! It was too cool for the pool; it was also too far from most of our outings. We loved the tile work!

Great house and great yard!

We booked a trip to paddle Weeki Wachi and wanted a place to stay for two nights that was close enough to the springs and have a nice yard to relax in after the paddling. This was both and then some. The house is beautifully decorated, maintained beautifully, and the yard was perfect to sit out at the fire pit and have s'mores. Very comfortable beds and the bathrooms were gorgeous. Definitely highly recommend!

Hurricane Helene

Our family was so grateful for this home that we could retreat to after a long day of helping our brother & his wife from the devastation from hurricane Helene. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family dinners, the bathrooms were stocked with all necessities needed, the pool & outside patio was perfect for winding down, swimming & cooking on the grill. Highly recommend.

Amazing modern House

I have no complains at all. We all loved the house and the space was very modern. We had planned to do outside activities but found that the house had plenty for our group to do like the pool and the grill. The neighbor was very quiet and safe. Definitely will be booking again soon!! Thank you to the Host!!!
