This elegant 3BR/3.5BA Granby house is called '7th Heaven' for a reason. Conveniently located at the Grand Elk Golf Club between Winter Park and Grand Lake, your home is surrounded by majestic mountain views. Youâll find fun in either direction and in any season, with boundless outdoor activities all within about 30 minutes.
Our 7th Heaven is within walking distance to the bus shuttle that takes passengers to Winter Park Resort.
Relax at home by the stacked stone fireplace in the living room. Greet the day with coffee on your expansive back deck, or soak in the hot tub after a day of adventure. A sophisticated 2,337 square foot floor plan features an open layout perfect for entertaining.
Granby Ranch Ski Resort is across the street and our 7th Heaven is within walking distance to the bus shuttle that takes passengers to Winter Park Resort.
LIVING AREA
Gather in the grand living room and enjoy the warm ambience of the stacked stone gas fireplace. An opulent living room set offers plenty of comfy seating including a leather sleeper sofa beneath vaulted ceilings. Take in inspiring views through big picture windows, or settle in for a film on the 50â flat-screen with Blu-ray.
Another living area in the loft features a plush sleeper sofa and love seat, as well as a 50â TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Gleaming granite countertops and stainless steel appliances await in the open-concept kitchen. The French-door fridge has plenty of room for groceries and favorite beverages. Browse for recipes at the three-person kitchen bar.
A handsome dining table seats eight to home-cooked meals.
BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and two sleeper sofas.
On the first floor, the master bedroom is furnished with a stately king-size bed. The spa-like en-suite master bathroom boasts a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a separate water closet.
The two guest rooms are located on the second floor. Find a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle in the second bedroom, plus an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (also accessible via the hallway).
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A half bath off the common area adds convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA
The large back deck offers sweeping views of the golf club and distant mountains. Enjoy an alfresco meal at the dining table for four, or unwind in the private hot tub.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, propane grill, and parking for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway) are provided.
