Barnen kommer att Àlska den privata uppvÀrmda poolen (15 x 24) med massor av dÀck och utomhus varm / kall dusch. 2 stora sovrum (vardera med privat badrum) pÄ översta vÄningen. Nedre vÄningen finns 5 sovrum (vardera med eget badrum). Ett av sovrummen Àr en vÄningssÀng med 2 uppsÀttningar vÄningssÀngar. OcksÄ i nedre samlingsomrÄdet finns en plattskÀrms-TV för barnen att titta pÄ DVD-skivor. Det finns en platt skÀrm SMART TV pÄ övervÄningen samt med HD.

Detta hem har flera dÀck och en mycket stor veranda med utsikt över viken. Det finns 8 platt-TV i vÄrt hem med en DVD-spelare.

Best Beach House Ever

Our family of three generations thoroughly enjoyed our beach house stay in Grayton. The private pool and short walk to the beach were perfect and the kitchen was very well stocked for lots of family dinners. Loved this house!

We had a great week celebrating my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary! The house was well equipped and convenient. There was plenty of space for us to all be together, or find a quiet corner for some alone time. The owner was kind and accommodating. I would recommend this home for large groups.

2023 Family Vacation

The property was perfect for the family. We had 8 adults and 10 children and were delighted with the amount of rooms and space for all. The pool was great for the little members as they tired of the beach by mid afternoon. Jennifer was a delight as a host. she made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Great stay, house, host

We visited for 2 weeks in March. The house is great - plenty of space, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, awesome screened in porch, wooded back yard and side yards that create privacy. The neighborhood has many nice homes and was pretty quiet. The walk to the beach is easy and the beach is nice with no stairs to navigate. Jennifer the host is very responsive and helpful.

Large house close to the beach

We had 12 adults and 5 children under 5 years old . The 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms were a perfect size for us . The house was stocked with plenty of towels and everything that you needed in the kitchen . It was a short walk to the beach . Jennifer was quick to respond to any questions that I had . We enjoyed our stay very much !

Great house with tons of space

We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay at Magnolia House in Gulf Trace. Outstanding house for a large group with a well stocked kitchen, nice outdoor space (beach view and sounds), included bicycles and a heated pool. The stroll to the beach access is super short and, in my opinion, Gulf Trace has the best beach on 30-A. Although, we did not need anything during out stay, the owner was super responsive with the few questions we had preceding our trip. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Great home!!!!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home for our family reunion of 17. The kitchen is really well stocked, has 2 refrigerators, and we loved the screened in porch area. Lots of room to sleep large groups. Its very close to a great beach and there is a pool closet filled with beach chairs, rafts, sand toys,umbrellas etc at the house. There is also a fabulous closet filled with games for kids. We had a few minor issues and Jennifer took care of them within 24 hours or less. I highly recommend this home!!!!

Perfect for large group

We have stayed on 30A for the last 20 years, in nearly every village and type of property. This was by far the most well provisioned rental we have ever been in. Any utensil you could want was available in the large kitchen. Great seating for group meals - and the perfect size pot for a low country boil. The walk to the beach is easy and the screened in porch was perfect for evening card games. Thank you! I would not like to travel with this number of people again - but if I did, I would hope to reserve this property!

Family Fun

We had a wonderful time here! 9 adults, 8 kids, and a dog. We had plenty of room. Refrigerator(2) ice machines were on point! It was VERY helpful that you could see the beach flags from the house. Screened in porch was ideal when weather and beach were questionable. The pool was just enough. The beach chairs and cart for them were extremely going to and from the beach. Having 2 washer and dryers, one on each floor- was great!! We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend beaching for July 4th here in the future bc the free fireworks show was memorable!

Magnolia House

Fantastic stay. Kitchen well stocked with ANYTHING you need. Appliances upgraded as well. Comfortable beds and plenty of them. Eating area will seat 12-14 people as well. Close to the beach with an easy walk.

Wonderful stay in Gulf Trace

This property had all we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. And the kids enjoyed both the pool and the yard. Gulf Trace is a great neighborhood away from the crowds.

Perfect place

The house is beautiful, in easy walking distance from the beach and with a beach view from the porch. Property manager if very helpful if you have a problem. The house is well stocked with everything you could need.

Great for families

House and property are well taken care of and set up perfect for a large family vacation! 15 of us stayed ranging in age feom 18 months up to age 80. Close walk to beach. Kitchen is very well supplied for all your cooking needs! Ton of beach stuff to use! Kids enjoyed the pool.

Great Time

We have a fabulous trip to Grayton. The house was very spacious with a very stocked kitchen. Once the construction gets done I am sure it will be even better. They were pretty loud in the mornings. Lots of beach gear to use and bikes! They kids loved that!

Family vacay at Grayton Beach

This property was everything I was hoping for. I was concerned when I found out that building was going on next door but it did not hamper our trip at all. There was more noise from the house being built one street over than the one next door. Every kitchen item you would need. Before you grocery shop, check the spice cabinet because there are lots of choices you won't need to buy. We loved the closeness to the beach and it was an easy bike ride to several different restaurants and even a place for a massage!!! Jennifer was very kind to answer promptly my multiple texts and emails with questions.

Magnolia Hill another 5 stars!

Our second year at this wonderful home. Spacious, clean and well maintained. Everything we needed. We could have walked in with just our clothes and been completely satisfied. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and enjoying meals. Table sits 12 very comfortably. Appliances galore and a great grill as well. Bedrooms are spacious as well as all bathrooms. Mattresses are great. TVs in every room as well. Easy walk to the beach and wonderful restaurants close by done within walking distance. Easy access to walking and riding trails. Neighborhood is quiet and everyone waves. We have already booked our return for next year.

We came to this area in 2004 and fell in love with Grayton Beach and were fortunate to find our house in our private neighborhood.
