DENNA ENHET HAR EN LÖRDAG TILL LÖRDAGSKRAV UNDER PEAK-SÄSONG Så boka det nu innan det går! "Seas the Day" en vecka eller en månad på Gulf Dunes-lägenheten 301. Det är ett 3 sovrum / 3 badrum östra hörnet enhet som ligger precis på stranden med fenomenal utsikt över hela viken. Kom och njut av den sockerliga vita sanden och det glittrande blå vattnet som vår oförstörda och oroliga strand har att erbjuda. Denna lägenhet har nya ägare och alla möbler har bytts ut, det har rostfria vitvaror och hela lägenheten har målats. Dessa lägenheter rymmer upp till 8 personer när du använder den nya drottningen storlek dra ut bäddsoffa. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla helt nya apparater och fyllt med alla köksredskap och redskap som behövs för att laga en fest för hela gruppen. Detta kök har till och med en Keurig, en lerkruka och Pop Air-popcorn.

Beach Get Away

We had a wonderful time at this condo . The pictures on the website were so true. The location was close to so many places to visit and the view was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again

Beautiful condo with all the necessary kitchen needs.

We loved this condo more than any of the others we rented previously. The balcony chairs were perfect for morning coffee and sunset conversation.

Great location

The condo was right on the beach. We couldn't have been any closer. Really convenient to come back in and out when we wanted to. Plenty of great food within walking distance. The covered parking spot was great to keep my car away from the elements.

Family Spring Break Get-Away

Beautiful view of the beach, gulf, and pier. Nice third floor end unit condo in a quiet area, close to groceries and restaurants. Plenty of space for our family. Kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and small appliances. Love that the beach service was included.

Beautiful home away from home

The condo was exactly what was pictured and described. Very clean. We had to email about our freezer leaking and they had somone called and scheduled the next day to fix it. All communications were fast and easy for everything. . Loved all the amenities and decor. True beach home! Location was fantastic! My family really enjoyed everything about it! The beach was amazing and not crowded even during spring break. We definitely see ourselves staying here again!

We really enjoyed it, the condo was spacious and had plenty of seating in the living room. It was clean and no sand on the floor when we got there. There was plenty of utensils and pans in the kitchen for what we needed. The property was kept clean.

Met up with daughter, her husband and 2 older kids. The 2 master suites were perfect! This unit was absolutely PERFECT for us. Only issue was the water wasn't working as you walked in from the beach.

The water was pretty. The beach service people were courteous and their prices reasonable. The condo was spacious and well appointed although it might be time for new mattresses. The Brooks and Shorey management Personnel were courteous and helpful. I especially appreciated the time taken by Marianne to answer all my questions.

We are planning to book again for next year!

This trip was wonderful! The condo check in/out was easy and there was great communication. The condo was clean and exactly as described. The pool was heated still when we went first week of may and my girls loved it! I also loved how clean the bedding was which SHOULD go without saying but honestly some places I feel like say they change the comforters and stuff but don’t and they give that ick factor but this place was very clean/clearly fresh bedding. We were able to walk across the street to stewbys which is delicious and we walked up to Waffle House one morning for breakfast and it’s a close drive to most restaurants. I’d recommend the shack and sit outside. We are already looking at booking again for next year

Christmas stay

The condo was amazing, communication was great. The only negative we had was the listing stated that we needed to bring all essential household items(toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, hair dryer, trash bags). We purchased all those things and they took up a good amount of room in our vehicle on our drive from Texas. When we got there all those items were provided. So I wouldn't say it was a negative because we were glad they were provided but it was a little inconvenient to have to buy that stuff and have it take up cargo space only to not need it. Overall the stay was awesome we loved the condo and had a great time.

A week at Gulf Dunes in Unit 301

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely and we enjoyed it immensely! It was clean and very well stocked. The balcony was wonderful! We sat out every morning drinking our coffee and people watching! It was perfect!! We enjoyed that it was an end unit and was a very short walk to the beach! The beds were not the most comfortable but we still slept great!!The only complaint I have is that the water pressure in the master bath sinks was very poor but we overlooked that because the master bath itself is to die for!! My daughter showered in there instead of the bathroom attached to her bedroom. Overall we had an excellent week and would definitely go back to Gulf Dunes Unit 301!!!

The nice thing about the complex is the representative is onsite 5 days a week. The maintenance guys could not be nicer. Really fabulous people! The unit is recently remodeled and beautiful. The living room furniture looks wonderful but is really not too comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. The unit appears clean but we found toys behind the couches and under the beds so we know the cleaning folks are just doing a surface clean. We did have roaches the last 3 days of our stay (and we don’t cook there or leave food out unless it’s in Ziploc bags) so that was really disappointing. The beach is ideal and the beach service guy, Dan, was super-friendly and helpful. His guys always had our chairs up and ready to go each morning by the time we got down there! Excellent experience! Although the pool is small, it’s sufficient and spotlessly clean!!! Parking was excellent.
