House Rules:
- No parties allowed
- Quiet hours: 11 PM - 8 AM (no loud noises)
- Ask host before bringing any guests over
- No indoor smoking
- Terrace use restricted: 10 PM - 9 AM
- Avoid slamming the door or ringing neighbors' bells
- Keep quiet and dispose of trash properly
- Enter/exit the condo quietly
$4,000 MXN fine for violations.

Garbage collected on Tue, Thu, Sat. Coordinate with the host.
