Highly sought after location in beautiful Seagrove Beach on Scenic Highway 30A! This property hosts 2 pools, tennis courts, a playground and 5G WIFI. The beach is a short walk across the street, and restaurants and shopping are conveniently located nearby. Once you park your car, you can walk or bike everywhere!
This adorable condo has enough living room seating for your group to comfortably share, whether itâs watching the new 50â flatscreen TV, enjoying the Beachwood Villas landscape, or simply relaxing together. The kitchen has dishes, cookware, and new appliances. The dining area sits just off the kitchen, with a small table for four and two barstools. Youâll find bunkbeds to the right as you enter (a pack n play is also available). The bedroom features a king size bed and TV. Shelves are available in the closet for extra storage.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for use, and if more sand follows you back to the condo than you prefer, there is a robot vacuum for your comfort.
Beachwood Villas is located just across the street from the beach, with a dedicated walk over, and private beach area. Walk or ride bikes to Seaside, restaurants, shops, and all 30A has to offer!
A discount code is available for guests to rent bikes at Butterfly Bike & Kayak, which is only a 2 minute walk away.
A Tom Thumb gas station, open 24/7, is just next door and the Watercolor Publix is less than a 10 minute drive away.
Washers and dryers are available in the community, just steps away by the pool.
