“Life’s a Beach” is a cozy condo conveniently located on Scenic 30A. This condo features one bedroom with a king size bed, a set of bunk beds, 2 parking spaces, stainless steel appliances, 2 smart tvs, and a sofa, comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests (smaller families preferred).

Beautiful coastal decor balanced with rustic touches gives this space an inviting and relaxing feeling. Enjoy the balcony that overlooks a luscious, landscaped courtyard… the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon drink.

Enjoy all Beachwood Villas has to offer, including 2 pools (one heated seasonally), a tennis court, shuffleboard, a playground, a laundry facility, outdoor grills, and local beach accesses! There are 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available for guests to use. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas from Coastal Parasail (www.waltoncountychairs.com).

Forget something? Within walking distance, there is a convenience store, restaurants, activities, and shops. Publix supermarket is less than 2 miles away.

Beached out? Just a short car ride away there are lots of places to shop and hang out, including some favorites such as Silver Sands Outlet, Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf, and Pier Park. There are also several golf courses in the area!

Great property!

Home was very clean, and perfect for a quick getaway to the beach. Communication was fantastic and felt I could go to host if we needed anything. It was stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies, towels and even extra bedding. Beach access was convenient and was super close to resort pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice beach getaway

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It had a good size kitchen and comfortable bed. We liked the proximity to beach access. The manager was responsive and corrected the few issues we had quickly. We would stay here again.

Amazing Stay

We could not have chosen a better location to stay at . It was perfect !! Close to beach access and close to stores and shopping !! Make this your next relaxation destination. Will be back for sure !

Perfect location

I went to visit my son who lives in Santa Rosa beach and only 6 minutes away from this condo. The condo was also only a 3 minute walk to the beach which was amazing for rising up early to catch the sunrise each morning.It was a quiet area and I so enjoyed having the pool to myself every time I went. The condo was very clean and comfortable.The only thing I would have liked to see added would be hangers to the closet since there was not a dresser or chest of drawers to put your clothes in.

Great location & considerate hosts

First off, a 3 min walk to the beach is amazing! Right next to great restaurants, bike rentals, and a quick drive to classic 30A destinations! We had a few hiccups during our stay due to storms and the host was quick to respond & resolve our issues! Great spot in Seagrove!!

Great place for a great price

We go to Seagrove Beach every year for Spring Break. This is the first time staying across the street from the beach. I was worried about beach access but the public beach was just down the street a short walk. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved that the unit was close to the street and very easy get to. We rented bikes from Butterfly Kayak. Had a wonderful week!

A Very Pleasant Stay!

A very comfortable place to stay! Beautifully decorated with all the comforts. Lots of towels! It has easy access to the beach. Our kids had a great time at the pool. It is within walking distance of some restaurants. A cute little bakery nearby the kids walked to for breakfast one morning. Would definitely recommend!

Condo needs attention

The thermostat was difficult to change and was set on 68 when we arrived. This could have used instructions to help us figure it out. There were several large roaches we had to kill. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom around the air vent. Stains (I hope they were stains) on the sheets in the bedroom. The TV in the living room didn’t have any of the networks advertised signed in, so if I didn’t remember my logins, there was no TV. The plug to the bathtub was MIA. Also, one of the pools was very dirty the first day we arrived and didn’t realize there was a second pool. This was not the owners fault, but was still annoying. Just felt like for the money we paid including all the VRBO fees, these things should not have happened. Also, where was the shuffleboard?

Wonderful condo in perfect location

We loved our stay in this condo. The beds are all very comfortable and it was very clean. There were plenty of bath towels and we had everything needed for a great stay. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, which felt private and had a nice view. The two pools were very nice and quite large. We enjoyed several swims all to ourselves as it was never overly crowded and this was the second week of July. We only used the laundry facility once, to dry beach towels, but it was sufficient. Be sure to bring plenty of quarters. I believe it was $1.50 to wash and $2.00 for the dryer. The beach was very close and easy to get to. We preferred the public access to the west, toward Seaside. It's a little farther than the one across from Tom Thumb but it was less confusing with the private/public beach issue. It also felt less crowded. The area across from Tom Thumb has several condos so it is more crowded, plus you are dealing with beach chair rentals blocking the view. We used that access for the sunrise and sunsets, but if you are spending the day, head down to the one farther west. Just walk down that direction and you can't miss it. Both access points have showers to rinse your feet. Crossing the street is no problem. There are crosswalks, and cars always stop to let you cross. The Tom Thumb was very handy for snacks and they were actually well-stocked with other necessities. We loved our stay and would definitely choose this condo again!

It was just across 30A from the public beach access and a pretty easy walk to the beach. Kitchen had the necessities and the place was very clean. Comfortable king size bed also. The bed does not leave any room for a dresser or anything to put your luggage on, but the bed does sleep good and that's the important thing.Overall not just a great value but very livable for a few days at the beach.

Beach vacation in Seaside

Condo was clean, quiet & bed is comfortable. Nice deck. It is a 2nd floor condo so best suited for someone that doesn’t mind climbing a set of stairs. Surrounding complex had two decent pools, bathrooms & laundry rm. A quick walk to the public beach. First time to this part of Florida& it is a bit confusing w/private & public beach areas. There is a new public access being built w/ a ramp for those that can’t handle a long set of stairs. It is a little bit further down from current access, but will be directly in front of public beach, so less confusing to find. I think public restrooms will also be included. Condo is a bit outdated but still nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed

The booking process was straight forward, property host was easy to communicate with, and the unit was easy to access. It had everything we needed and as a couple we we were very comfortable. There are 2 pools on property as well as shuffleboard and tennis courts. The second floor balcony was nice. Good location with bike rentals right next door and easy access to the beach.

Perfect location!

Great Spot for a Great Price!

This condo was listed exactly as wonderful, quaint, and convenient to beach access as advertised. My family would stay here again if given the opportunity! 5/5 stars!! P.S. Make sure to bring your own toilet paper, as the condo only had 1 roll.
