Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I love the safety of keeping the door handle for the pool so high, something I had not seen but an amazing feature with younger kids. Driveway was plenty long to leave my 30’ boat trailer attached and have plenty of room for additional vehicles if you have them.

Wonderful place with great views and a very fun pool and atmosphere. I only didn’t give it 5 stars because the AC in the sun room didn’t work so we couldn’t even use this part of the house.

Best view in town

Property was great house has everything you need. Pool was excellent. The ice machine was perfect for our trip to the lake. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. Will be back again

Loved our stay. This home was clean and well stocked with basic needs. GREAT views and the coolest back yard area. Host has great communicated. Check in and out was simple.

Great long weekend

This was a great house for our little gathering. Excellent location and had a great view of the lake for sunset cocktails. I would definitely recommend this house.

Havasu getaway

The property is so cool sitting high up on the hill with such a beautiful view! The sunsets were amazing! The yard is big with lots of space to play games, bbq, and swim.

Wonderful Stay/Fantastic Views!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was very spacious, and the views were spectacular! We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the pool during the days we stayed at the house. Many fun and quirky things to look at all around the house. A few things were a little tricky to figure out like the induction stovetop and the light/fan switches, but nothing we couldn't handle. The property was in a perfect location for Lake Havasu. We would definitely stay again!! Highly recommend!

Loved this place I would stay here again. The place was very welcoming and felt like home the veiw and pool areas sold me by far my favorite rentals.

Havasu Lake View

We really enjoyed our stay in Lake Havasu for the month of November 2024. The house was a single level. The master bed and bath were quite large with a king bed. There was a dresser and end tables but no closet space. This bedroom has direct access to the large patio area and has a view of the lake and mountains. The master bath has a shower only. There are two other bedrooms with a shared hallway bathroom with a combo tub/shower. The house was fairly well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. The living room area has a couple of couches. The TV set was large and worked well. We used our own firestick. This was a working vacation for my husband, so he set up his work area in the kitchen dining area with a view of the water and mountains. The internet was good, and the speed of the connection was adequate for our purposes. The patio was very spacious and had a view of the lake and surrounding mountains. We spent many evenings enjoying the sunsets. We also made use of the hot tub which also had a great view. We did not make use of the pool. The garage was not available for our use but there was plenty of parking in front of the house. The washer and dryer are off the hallway to the master bedroom. The décor was fun and interesting throughout the house. The area is beautiful, clean, and safe. We were impressed with the very patriotic atmosphere of the city.
