Our stay at this house

The house was eveything as advertised. We did have a couple of 'snags', but the property manager and owner fixed the troubles fast! We would definitely stay here again shen available

Wonderful Stay/Fantastic Views!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was very spacious, and the views were spectacular! We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the pool during the days we stayed at the house. Many fun and quirky things to look at all around the house. A few things were a little tricky to figure out like the induction stovetop and the light/fan switches, but nothing we couldn't handle. The property was in a perfect location for Lake Havasu. We would definitely stay again!! Highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

Loved this place I would stay here again. The place was very welcoming and felt like home the veiw and pool areas sold me by far my favorite rentals.

Wonderfully surprised.

This was the funniest place we’ve ever stayed. The whole property, which was very eclectic with lots of nostalgia was very Fun. Wonderful pool area up on the hill with a great view of the lake and very cozy. Would try to stay here the next time we come.

Wonderful amenities

We woke every morning early to watch the sunrise and have some coffee and even hopped in the hot tub. Plenty of grills and smokers, we ate bbq all 3 nights. House was cozy and roomy!

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Property was as expected, communication was good. Some slight cleanliness opportunities and the ptac unit for the main dining space was on the fritz. Nothing we couldnt manage. Great views! Pool was awesome.

Perfect for our family vacation

The house was great and view and location was amazing. The kids spent so much time in the pool, and that sunset picture in the listing is not photoshopped. The view and sunsets were amazing. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Would certainly stay again.

Fantastic LHC Stay

Beautiful setting

View of the lake was beautiful , house was large and clean and huge deck with the pool. So many interesting things and murals to look at in the house and outside on deck and the pool area.

Party house for sure

Although we were seldom there the house was safe and secure. Pool nice. Sunsets gorgeous Bring your own soap for showers. We found that lacking. But for a quick stay it was fine.

Amazing Home!

Beautiful, wonderful home. Location is perfect very close to stores, lake and restaurants. The views are absolutely stunning. Pool and spa were a definitely plus! Have been telling friends about it and can't wait to go back!

Lil quick getaway to Havasu

I totally enjoyed our stay!! House was on a hill which was very private with incredible views. Backyard was just as pictured big with bar area and perfect size pool, plenty of rooms and space accommodation for our group…Loved that there were little fridges in all the rooms!! Will definitely stay again when we head back to Havasu!!

The property was amazing!! Everything you could imagine!! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub even the little quirky treasures you come across. Stated they had a hair dryer but was not one so I bought a new one and left it hopefully the next person can enjoy. Will definitely book here again. The views were fantastic 💜💜

Great views

The house was great. The views were amazing of the lake. We enjoyed morning coffee with a view and amazing sunsets. The decor was very eclectic and fun. It was very close to the marina and London bridge. The pool was awesome to come back to after a day at the lake. A great feature was the ice maker in the laundry room. We were able to fill up our large cooler daily for the lake which saved us from buying ice daily. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful property, evening views to die for.

Very spacious home, well designed for a large group. Plenty of seating, and separation of space. The deck is perfect for morning coffee, and evening sunset watching. The artwork around the house, especially the pool area is a conversation starter. Would definitely book again for a Lake Havasu stay.

Lake Havasu hilltop retreat

The house was very spacious and comfortable. The heat was not working well, and it was very cold. The one other thing I’d like to mention is that there are no wine glasses! Other than that our stay was very enjoyable.

Beautiful home, inside n out with a fantastic view…

This property is a dream! The home sits on a hill, with a beautiful view of the lake, and wonderful sunsets! The homes location is a hop away from great restaurants, virtually all your needs are a 5 minute drive. One last thing, once you’re there, it’s hard to leave. The pool and jacuzzi screams your name! I would recommend this home to anyone who wants a thrill of a lifetime. thanks for having us, we’ll certainly revisit in the near future… Respectfully Julian n Shelly

Hilltop at Havasu

Overall we had a great stay at this beautiful house. The house was just the right size for the 6 of us, even though the description said that there was a king bed and three queens (one being the sofa) but there was no sofa sleeper. The view is amazing from the deck and we loved sitting outside and enjoying the sun. The pool was a bit cool for us to use too much but loved relaxing by it. Hot tub was a nice feature but could have used a balance of chemicals. The kitchen was great and we enjoyed cooking together and using the BBQ outside. Communication with host was limited and it would have been nice to hear back on questions more frequently.
