Lakefront Paradise

300 meter privat sjöfront på en hektar stor egendom. En konstnärs reträtt och naturälskare paradis. Njut av svala nätter vid utomhusbrandstaden och varma dagar kanotpaddling eller kajakpaddling på den vackra sjön Pauline vid vår tröskel.
Vår 4 säsong hem ligger perfekt 5 minuter till Okemo och 3 minuter till Jackson Gore entré på Lake Pauline i Ludlow, Vermont.
2 miles till Ludlow golfbana och 1 mil till kärnmjölk vattenfall. Med över 3000 interiör kvm. Fötter, takhöjden och en öppen planlösning, är detta hus perfekt för en släktträff eller stor grupp. Vårt hem är fyllt med konst och antikviteter för att lugna din själ. 15 minuter till Killington och halv timme till Woodstock eller Weston och Chester för stora antiquing.
Huset har 5 sovrum (inklusive loft) att tio sover med 2 fulla bad och en halv bad. Ping Pong, WiFi och Netflix TV för dem vars behov går utöver den härliga utsikten över sjön och ro i Vermont liv. Du kan ansluta din iPad eller iPhone direkt till TV för att få tillgång till din egen TV-leverantör.
Rökfria och inga hundar, katter eller några husdjur tack. Vi är en lågallergen och skonlös hemma. Minsta ålder av 30 år.

Incredibly Convenient to Okemo!

Spacious and comfortable home with nice views overlooking the lake. Great space for gathering as an extended family and only a 5 minute drive to Okemo!

Lakefront home in Ludlow

Beautiful, spacious well appointed home with balconies overlooking the lake. We had use of kayaks, canoes and floats. There was a lovely outdoor fire pit which we used for roasting marshmallows. I would recommend this home for your family vacation

Boys Ski Weekend

We rented this property for a short boys and guys ski weekend and everything about the house was great. Communication with the owner, Rina, was excellent. The property was immaculate and just as advertised. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Ski Weekend with Friends

We really enjoyed our stay at Rina's home! The property is very well located, just a ~5 min drive to Okemo. We had no problems checking in or out. The home was lovely, clean, and as described in the listing. We would definitely come back next time we ski at Okemo!

Weekend with the boys

Great property! Canoes and kayaks for fishing. Large yard. Bon fire pit with supplied wood. Plenty of space for a large gathering of family and friends. Looking forward to doing it again next year!

Our Ludlow family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. There was more than enough room for our family of five adults and three children to sleep comfortably. The view of the lake and colorful trees shadowing in the water was a pleasant view as we sat and enjoyed each other’s company while playing games. We even were able to make use of the kayaks, even though we were there in early November. Rina was up gracious host and was ready to answer any questions when I called.

Beautiful home, perfectly located!

This house on a lake has a great vibe, relaxed, artsy, and well-stocked with everything our family needed for cooking, playing together, and just hanging out after a day of skiing. It was spacious enough for the 10 of us to spread out. It is located within minutes of Okemo and Jackson Gore. The owner was easy to reach when we had questions or needed advice. Would Highly recommend.

Wonderful

We stayed at this charming property for a ski weekend. The house was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of space for our group. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and movie area in the basement. We were 10 min from Okemo. Rina was awesome to work with. Great communication. We definitely recommend.

Lovely house on the lake!

We had a great time at the lake house! Two families - four adults, four kids, two babies. Plenty of space to spread out, well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. Pretty views from the balconies, and we took advantage of the kayaks and row boats every day. This is a great part of Vermont - lots to do and very beautiful. We hiked Okemo mountain twice, went to the adventure park, swam, kayaked, hung out in the yard and had ice cream every day (you can get there by foot or boat :)). Rina is a great host, she promptly answered any questions and was very easy to deal with. Overall, we had a great time, highly recommend this house!

Great house, great owner and wonderful amenities

We had a wonderful ski vacation and stay at the Ski House! The owner was fantastic, checking up and ensuring that we had what we needed. And she would respond almost immediately if we had a question, before or during our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. The view was gorgeous - of the lake and snow. There were lots of cool amenities - the hot tub in the master bath and especially, the ping pong table! We played every night and had a great time. There are tons of books and games of all different interests. Interesting decor and antiques around the house. The kids loved it! Also, something that never happens - there were blackout blinds/curtains in every room we occupied. It was fantastic and I've rarely seen that in most of the vrbos we have been to over the last decade. Quick 5 min drive to Okemo ski resort and plenty of really good restaurants. There's even great Indian food at Weston market, about 15-20 min away. All in all a wonderful place to stay!

New Years Eve in VT

We had a wonderful stay at Rina’s place! She was very communicative and easy to work with. The house had plenty of space for our group of 10 and was very clean and comfortable. The views of the lake were fantastic, and the hill next to the house allowed for some awesome sledding for the kids. Would absolutely stay again!

Family time!

We made many wonderful memories here. Highlight me included kyacking/canoeing to Maple Creemies, cheese factory tours, and skits and campfire songs around the campfire! The cousins loved playing ping pong together too.

Beautiful summer stay with family

This house is a great summer getaway. The host is extremely responsive and the beauty of the place is as advertised. The pristine lake is right on the property, and each day we took out the kayaks and canoes to a nearby waterfall, which the little kids (and adults) loved! The house is also a 30-min drive from Woodstock, along quintessential VT roads. Great spot for a relaxing VT stay with young kids!

A Fun Family Week in Ludlow, Vermont

We loved the house and the property and had a wonderful family vacation. But there are two exceptions(neither of which stopped us from loving our week at the house). One issue. The attic bedroom was not usable as we could not get the air conditioner to work properly and it was a very noisy air conditioner. Also getting into the lake is pretty yucky. Another issue that didn’t stop us from loving the lake once we were in and enjoying it completely. We would love to return next summer but it would be great if both of these issues were addressed before then.

Wonderful stay

Our family spent the weekend at the house for a quick reunion. Enough space for all of us to move around and visit. Fun to walk to the candy shop up the road!
