MV Getaway

Excellent property with a wonderful pool and quiet neighborhood. Listing was accurate as described and communication with owner was prompt and helpful to all questions. Excellent amenities including game room with pool table and boats games. Great location for adults and children to enjoy.

Vineyars retreat

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful, well appointed home. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was used daily. Owner's were easily reached if needed. We will be back.

Great property!

We loved our stay in this house - room to spread out inside and out. The pool was lovely to have in the backyard and we had everything we needed near by. The one thing that would be nice to have is more comfortable seating on the back deck overlooking the pool and a bit more shade options in the back yard. The property managers were helpful and responded to any questions we had very quickly - super accommodating! A 10/10 home!

Lovely home and wonderful location.

The house is lovely and the pool is awesome. Further, there are ample places inside and out to both congregate and isolate. Hosts were responsive when needed. And it's just a beautiful home and property. Everything w/r/t the House Instructions was fairly clear and straightforward - probably the only things I'd suggest would be clarity around Trash Day (it was unclear if trash should go out Sunday or Monday night), and what days the groundskeepers and pool folks come by only so that guests can be prepared to get out of their way if needed.

Amazing Oak Bluffs Oasis

We traveled to MV for a weekend away and had an amazing visit. The house is gorgeous and exactly like the pictures. We loved hanging out in the pool and playing games in the media room. The location was outside of town but we brought multiple cars. The house has a ton of parking and is apart from the neighbors. This was the best place we could have imagined for the weekend and would definitely come back and stay again! Our only critique was around the requirement to wash the towels because the previous person who stayed at the property left wet laundry in the washer and dryer. So we had to redo those loads of laundry and wasn't able to finish our towels. However, when I emailed with the host they were very understanding!

Scott, thank you for your feedback. We were disappointed to learn after checkout that these items affected your experience, as neither concern was brought to our attention during your stay. We would have been happy to investigate and address them immediately. We take the condition of our property seriously and appreciate feedback that allows us the opportunity to maintain the standard we expect for our guests. Unfortunately, we would not host Scott again, as the property was not left with the level of care we expect from guests. Exterior doors were left unlocked and/or open, wet towels were left throughout the deck, and supplies clearly designated for owner use were accessed. Given the condition in which the property was left, coupled with concerns being raised only after checkout rather than during the stay when we could have assisted, we would not recommend this guest to other hosts.

Saying the house was the epitome of relaxation is an understatement. My friends and family enjoyed it so much. The host family were so amazing and always a phone call away for any questions or concerns. It felt like home and every time I visit my god daughter at the Vinyard I'll be praying the house is available to rent. Everything was exactly what I thought it would be and then some. On behalf of my family and friends I'd like to thank Monica her family for everything. They were absolutely amazing.
