Charmiga, ren och väl underhållen hem gångavstånd till stan och stranden

Njut av en avkopplande semester i en charmig vingård två sovrum, två badrum hem. Ligger en kort promenad till centrum Vineyard Haven, Owen Little Way stranden och en snabb cykeltur (1 mil) till Tashmoo stranden, är detta hus perfekt för en liten familj eller två par. Hemmet är två nivåer med både sovrum och ett badrum på andra våningen. Sovrum av samma storlek erbjuder en Kalifornien kung en och en drottning och en singel i den andra. Sovrummen har madrasser över kuddar, gott om skåputrymme. Alla fönster i huset ersattes 2017 och sovrumsfönstren fördubblades i storlek. Nedervåningen är ett öppet vardagsrum med nya överdimensionerad sectional soffa (ny höst 2015) och två överdimensionerade fåtöljer som sitter i en ljus översvämmade rum. Det finns en 40in LED-TV monterad på väggen med kabel / DVD och trådlöst internet. Ett badrum ligger nere med en regndusch huvud. Det öppna köket / matplats är väl utrustad för att underhålla med sittplatser på rummet bord matsal för sex, har köksbänken ytterligare tre stolar perfekt för en snabb frukost. Det finns en liten entréväg med gott om skåpförvaring och ny för 2018 storstor LG tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Hela hemmet har nya gyllene bambu trägolv per mars 2014. Ny för 2018 är ett inbyggt högtalarsystem som erbjuder blåttandanslutning och volymkontroll i varje rum nere. Utanför köket är en trevlig storlek däck med uteservering inklusive bord stolar och ett stort paraply för att svalka på en varm sommardag. Ligger utanför av däcket är en utomhusdusch med en stor regndusch huvud. Fastigheten har en stor hästsko uppfart med gott om parkeringsplatser och gott om gräsmatta utrymme. Ett bevattningssystem installerades våren 2016 för att hålla gräsmattan och trädgårdar snygg hela sommaren lång. Det finns Adirondack stolar och en himmel stol ligger på gräsmattan perfekt för avkoppling efter en trevlig dag på stranden. Huset har 4 strandcyklar, 4 strandstolar och en strandkylare. Hemmet är väl underhållen och ren, en perfekt plats att tillbringa en avkopplande semester på Marthas Vineyard. Elbilens laddningsstation kommer att installeras i uppfarten för sommaren 2018.

Wonderful house! Well stocked with everything we needed. The yard is amazing. We loved sitting on the deck at night. We also enjoyed walking into Vineyard Haven. Corey was a great host. We hope to be back soon!!!

Great place for a vacation

Our stay on the island was WONDERFUL and Corey was a fantastic host. The home was charming and in a perfect location. Lovely back porch and yard. Home was well stocked with glasses, mugs, silverware, games etc. and we loved the coffee maker (we may even purchase one for our house!) Thanks for having us — we’d love to come back someday.

Very nice house close to Vineyard Haven Main Street. There’s a sidewalk for easy and safe walking to Main Street. Beds were comfortable, showers and bathrooms were nice, AC units were great once you understand how to use them (property owner sends detailed instructions). Would recommend to friends and would stay here again.

Vineyard Haven in the Fall

Love the crisp Fall weather...reduced crowds & choices of restaurants in walking distance. This house was perfect for me. Cozy and clean. My host was easy to chat with before the trip, and touched base again the day I arrived. I had one minor request on checkout which was swiftly accommodated. I recommend the location and house!

Great little house!

A perfect, super cute little property that is very well maintained and has everything one would need, including a great outdoor shower and comfortable little deck. Wonderful location to walk to town and 2 beach spots. I would without question stay here again.

Beautiful and peaceful!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! The home itself is clean and well-maintained, with a spacious living room and dining/kitchen area, comfortable bedrooms, and a nice porch area to sit outside and appreciate the fresh air. Beyond appreciating time in the house itself, we enjoyed daily walks from to the nearby main street that has cute shops and delicious restaurants. We also walked to Tashmoo Beach - it was a very peaceful, tree-filled walk. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Beautifully renovated, walkable to town

Clean and comfortable inside and immaculately landscaped outside. Wild turkeys visited often and were entertaining. The only downside is traffic on Franklin can be busy but with the windows closed noise isn’t an issue.

Mid week Vineyard vacation

We had a great stay, the house was a great size for our family of 4 and our four legged friend. Easy walk to Vineyard Haven for food and shopping, close drive to Oaks Bluff for more food and fun for the kids. Outdoor space was great for the kids to kick the ball around and get fresh air while relaxing. We would highly recommend the house and would love to stay when we come back in the future.

It is indeed a charming and well appointed house. We very much enjoyed the walk through the lovely residential neighborhood to the shops and restaurants in town. The perfect weekend

This was my first visit to the Vineyard - it was amazing- and this rental played a large part in making it such a memorable weekend. The host was extremely attentive and was a pleassure to deal with. The cottage was absolutely charming- shingle style with a deck, patio table & seating, overlooking very nice gardens. The inside furnishings appeared new - with the beds having excellent mattresses & bedding, lovely seating in the living room & large size dining table. The location was perfect & you could walk to a small, quiet beach. This home is a gem and made our weekend absolutely perfect!

Very clean, attractive, well-located, pet-friendly, well-equipped. Good walking opportunities for our dog. Negatives—uncomfortable and very high memory foam mattress in primary bedroom, no railings on stairs, no grab bars in slippery showers, and an extremely low sofa in living room all make this difficult for seniors or anyone with balance or mobility issues, even minor ones. All in all, we had a nice time, but it was not comfortable for us.

Relaxing stay in Vineyard Haven

My husband and I stayed at this home on two separate occasions this summer. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is great for walking and the home is minutes to local beaches and Main St Vineyard Haven. The house was the perfect size for us. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our relaxing stay on the Island. The landscaping is stunning and we loved relaxing on the deck with our coffees in the morning. We were sad to leave. The owners were great to work with, very friendly and responsive!

Beautiful, spotless home walking distance to town

Was even nicer in person than photos. Perfect for a family of four (or could do five). Our two teenage boys loved being able to walk to town on their own, and to fishing spots. Loved the backyard and deck. New furniture and fire pit made it a great outside spot to hang. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Well stocked with cookware, dishes, towels, etc. The AC was a nice added benefit for sleeping. Corey was a thoughtful and easy host to work with. The house looks exactly like it’s shown online. The gardens are gorgeous too!

Beautiful Home in Vineyard Haven!

My sisters and I did a girls trip to Martha’s Vineyard and had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property! From very first booking, the property owner Corey was fantastic with his communication and even recommended some great spots since this was our first time on the island. Upon arrival we were greeted by a welcoming yard full of beautiful flowers and soft grass. The home itself was very clean, well maintained and inviting with plenty of spots to cozy up or eat a meal. We immediately felt right at home! The location was also perfect for us. Situated less than a mile from Vineyard Haven’s Main Street we were very close to coffee, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the slightly less busy feel of Vineyard Haven, but we’re also perfectly situated near Oak Bluffs and Edgartown so nothing was more than a short drive away. Staying here truly added to the enjoyment of our trip and I’d recommend the property to anyone considering. I know we’ll definitely be back!
