Would have liked to have a grill. Need additional wash clothes. Overall nice stay.

Could use some tune ups!

We were there for a little over two weeks, we were given 3 dish washer pods, no dish soap, two extra trash can liners, none of the knives were sharp! I bought one and left it there. Two rolls of toilet paper. We should have had all those things available for a two week stay. For what we paid in rent. I bought my own paper towels, yours were gross looking from being wet. We had trouble keeping furnace at temperature so we had to call three times two days finally service man came out.So needless to say we were not real happy with some things. The house floors are all marked up from people’s shoes, take some time use a dry erase sponge by Mr. Clean some water clean the floors it wood improve the look 90%.

Eh

You could tell we were the first ones to rent this in a while. There were bugs all throughout the house, the toilets were dry. The carpet was stained, the table in the kitchen was stained. The AC was set to 80° when we arrived. Only decent part of the house was that the water was nice and hot.

Place OK - VACASA Check in - Problematic

Booked thru VRBO - sent the check in process thru VACASA . PITA . Also there were NO basic supplies - No coffee filters etc. Wifi was fine .. TV was challenging. Will NOT book again ... and will not book anything thru VACASA .

Great experience

Very nice place in a safe neighborhood. We spent the week fishing at Headwaters and there was enough room on the driveway for one boat and one truck.

We stayed at Palm Bay Cove for 15 nights and it met our needs perfectly. The house was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was clean but sparsely equipped. We didn’t use the kitchen as we ate at relatives homes. Something to be aware of is the very small coffee maker (5 cup pot I believe). You may want to bring your own larger coffee maker if you are a coffee addict like me :-). The furniture is new and the beds comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and quickly answered my questions.
