Welcome to our apartment "Ida"! This charming accommodation offers an excellent location in the middle of the city. You will be thrilled by the central location, because the city center and numerous shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity and are easy to reach.
The space
In the middle of Ahe residential park you will find this charming apartment with a spacious living area of 72 m2. It offers two cozy bedrooms, an inviting living room, a well-equipped kitchen, an inviting hallway, a modern bathroom and a wonderful balcony.
Guest access
The facilities of the residential complex include a spacious, renovated swimming pool with an adjacent sauna, playgrounds for children, tennis courts, bowling and skittle alleys, as well as versatile party and event rooms. In addition, there is an underground parking space available, but it is accessible only for vehicles with "standard" height.

Bergheim-Ahe with its 3,900 inhabitants is a district of the county seat Bergheim and is located about 20 kilometers west of Cologne.
