Minturn Haus är en fullt licenserad och försäkrad semesterbostad.

Minturn Haus på 107 Williams Street är en en-av-en-typ två rum, lägenhet på andra våningen / fritidshus i centrum, historiska Minturn. Denna unika fastighet ligger fem minuter till Vail och Beaver Creek och ägs och förvaltas av McLaughlin-familjen.

107 Williams Street, byggd 1902, oser av charm och historisk karaktär. Från den handmålade vingården utanför väggmålning, trägolv i hela, möbler och sängkläder av hög kvalitet, ger lägenheten komfort och gångbar tillgång till restauranger och butiker i hjärtat av Minturns livliga restaurangdistrikt.

Monkshood Cellars, en fungerande vingård och cideri, ligger på första nivån, erbjuder försäljning och provsmakning under veckan och efter överenskommelse.

Lägenheten, på andra våningen i den historiska byggnaden, nås via en utvändig (täckt) trappuppsättning och är den enda lägenheten i byggnaden. Lägenheten består av två separata rum och ett utomhusdäck.

Rummet uppe till höger på trappan är ett fristående sovrum med tre högkvalitativa sängar (en kung och två drottningar). Sängarna har alla nya sängkläder inklusive Pendleton ullfiltar och Brooklinen duntäcken / lakan.

Eftersom sängarna finns i ett loftstilsrum är detta arrangemang bäst för familjer eller nära vänner. Sovrummet har direkt tillgång till yttre däck på våren, sommaren och hösten och har en liten TV med DirecTV.

Det andra rummet mittemot sovrummet, sex meter utanför under samma tak som täcker trappan, har 3/4 badkar (duschkabin men inget badkar), pentry och matsal / vardagsrum. Detta rum har direkt tillgång till yttre däck på våren, sommaren och hösten. Vardagsrummet har WiFi och en 50-tums HD-TV med DirecTV.

Utanför på sommaren och hösten njuta av gas-BBQ och utemöbler.

Parkering finns för en bil direkt utanför lägenheten. Ytterligare övernattning för gäster finns på Minturn Municipal parkeringsplats, en kort promenad från lägenheten.

Observera några saker om lägenheten: Det finns ingen spis i pentryet, men det finns en mikrovågsugn, brödrost, rostningsugn, bordsskivan och kaffebryggaren. De två rummen är fristående och du måste gå sex meter utanför (under ett tak) för att gå mellan. Badrummet finns inte i sovrummet. Lägenheten har ingen tvättmaskin eller torktumlare.

Great place, great town

We are so glad we discovered this wonderful place above the winery. It was very comfortable (and unique) and met all our needs. We are very happy with our choice to stay in Minturn versus one of the ski villages and will stay there on all future trips.

Good Vaca right downtown Minturn

Sweet spot right downtown Minturn quick to either Vail or Beaver creek. The space is a little different as its setup has the bedroom separated from the rest of the living, bath and kitchen space by a breezeway but worked out great and had way more room than any other rental!

A most memorable rental that offers comfort, convenience and character. Fabulous HQ for ski trips and summer getaways. Hope to be back. For the owner/manager: -faint scent of gas in the “dining” quarters. -glassware in desperate need of cleaning -mystery visitor from the wild given paw prints in snow on deck!

Charming Environment, Easy to access and close to Vail.

My wife and I loved the decor and ambiance of the place. It was quick and easy to access Vail. Only downside was that the bathroom was not in the bedroom and you had to go outside and then back inside the other room. The other room was literally about one yard away and roof covered in between rooms, but it was not the best for staying sleepy if one had to use the restroom at night. You have open the door, (we locked it, go out in the cold for a brief moment open the other door and then you were literally there) My wife likes to lock doors so it caused a bit of noise for the other. Besides that it was a good experience. The value was good too, but I don't think we would stay again as it was inconvenient regarding the bathroom. It is clearly stated on the description, but I seemed to have missed it when reading.

Comfortable and Convenient

Loved our stay at the Minturn Haus. Beds were very comfortable and the spaciousness and ceiling height made us feel at home. Very large dining room table but small kitchen. We elected to eat out with so many food options through the area. The wine theme of the apartment resonated with us but sure wish the wine bar downstairs was still in business. Everything was exactly as described and we would stay here again with pleasure. Thanks!

Good for close Friends good location

Nice well decorated apt in good location with very comfortable beds. The separation of the living area and sleeping area is a little strange but manageable. Nighttime visits to the bathroom might require a flash light to see the door keypad. Location is very good and within walking distance of almost all Minturn shops/restaurants. Parking was a little difficult as customers of the restaurant across the street tended to take your parking spot.

Fabulous Place

What a special place this is! Beautiful decor. Walking distance to restaurants and shops in a charming town and less than 20 min drive to two world class ski resorts. A true find! We will definitely stay again!

The perfect spot in Minturn

Quaint, cozy but spacious place. Great private outdoor deck with afternoon sun. Comfortable beds, well equipped and a great large dining table. We loved it!

Christmas on the slopes 2021!

Beautiful property and location between Vail and Beaver Creek. Great communication from owner before and while on site. Comfy sleeping room and spacious living/ding room, along with perfect kitchen and bath for our needs. Loved the heated fireplaces and amenities. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

MInturn

Great place for a guys or gal trip. Three large beds all in one room and fold out couch in living area. We had five adults on a fly fishing trip. Walking distance to everything you'd need - bars, restaurants, fly shop. Parking is only for one car at the apartment but can have other parking in public lot only a couple minutes away.

Exceeded expectations

Beautiful accommodation s in a charming town. Plenty to see and do... Close to attractions...variety of dining choices...great shops and the Saturday open air market in the summer is fabulous.

This historic property built in 1902 is perfect for travelers looking for an unique property (who wouldn't want to stay in an old winery building?) that is affordable, with very convenient access to Vail and Beaver Creek. If you love authentic, low-key non-resort towns, you will love Minturn. If you are looking for ritzy and expensive head to Vail or Beaver Creek. My mother decorated the apartment and she loves antiques and French decor. The dining room table belonged to my grandmother.
