Thank you for your detailed review, Joe! We're so glad the house worked well for your needs, especially with the wheelchair accessibility. Thank you for your review, Rebecca! We're glad the home met your needs for your family Christmas. We apologize for the missing washcloths and the lack of smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, and we'll look into those issues. We also appreciate your feedback about the televisions in the bedrooms. We hope to host you again in the future!

We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication regarding your stay extension. Your original reservation was through Friday, and we extended it by one night to Saturday, as reflected in the updated reservation details. Unfortunately, Sunday was mistakenly mentioned in a verbal conversation, and we take full responsibility for this error. We understand the frustration this caused and regret the disruption to your vacation. While the extension confirmation clearly showed Saturday as the checkout date, we recognize we could have communicated more clearly. We encourage guests to review reservation details to help avoid such misunderstandings in the future. We also want to acknowledge that you shared positive feedback during your stay, mentioning it was a 5-star experience up until this issue. While we understand your disappointment, we feel the 1-star rating may not fully reflect the quality of your overall experience. Your feedback has prompted us to improve our processes to ensure clearer communication moving forward. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to deliver the high standard of service we strive for.
