Plus, there’s ski shuttle stop at the entrance to the complex and trailhead access directly across Main Street — this tastefully appointed condo offers direct access to all the year-round fun in Summit County. You and your family and friends will love it!

This premium 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home is warmed by fantastic natural light; it's perfect for families or groups of up to five people. The cozy living area features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen Smart TV. Just outside, relax on the patio with seating, a gas grill, an electric heater, and close-up views of Frisco’s iconic Mt. Royal. (There’s also a rooftop deck available in the summer & fall months.) The kitchen has large granite counters, high-end appliances (including a gas range) and seating for four at the counter plus a bistro table w/ seating for two. Or stroll down Main Street and enjoy Frisco’s great dining options!

Other amenities include a two-car garage, an in-unit washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And as with all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

Frisco Ski Trip

This was a perfect place for our family of four. We spent the week skiing and the location of this condo in proximity to the different ski resorts was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For my recent trip to Colorado I did not have a preference of where I wanted to stay. I did know that I could depend on the team at Summit Mountain Rental to steer me to an excellent property. Yet again Summit Mountain Rentals delivered. The Frisco Sports Chalet C-201 Peak One Condo was conveniently located to all the hot spots in Summit County. The property was immaculately clean and offers great views. The close proximity to I-70 makes this an ideal location for someone wanting to travel to other areas on the I-70 corridor. Although we did not use the Summit Stage (free bus service), the bus stop is across the street from the Frisco Sports Chalet.

Booking, check in, etc were easy and we’d definitely stay here again. The parking wasn’t exactly as described (second garage spot was being used for storage so was not accessible) - not an issue for us, but worth confirming status if you are banking on its use.

This property is super clean, everything in the property is in a very good condition whatever you need you have it they think on everything you might need. The only thing that I didnt like it was that there was only one TV In the property I will prefer another TV especially in the master bedroom but it is my opinion The property has more positive things than negatives things I highly recommend this property.
