Close to Zilker, great balcony!

We loved the location, we could easily walk to barton springs pool, zilker park, and the restaurants on barton springs as well as south Lamar. The balcony was large with good privacy. Check in was easy and the property was clean. We would stay there again.

Fantastic Condo and Location

Cynthia, Peach, and Jay were wonderful. This was our first trip to Austin and the location of the property was perfect. It was super close to Park, trails, the city, restaurants, and everything in-between. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Austin. Highly recommend!

The best VRBO experience we've ever had

Everything about this property was wonderful - super clean, well appointed with comfortable furniture, a great mattress, and a covered outdoor patio - plus appliances and unexpected items like soap, shampoo etc. The check-in process was super easy and the owners provided a book with information on local coffee bars, restaurants and places to visit. The property is clearly well maintained and the owners have a great rental process. We look forward to staying here or in one of their other Austin properties for our next trip. From the peaceful views to the quiet meditative space that was so wonderfully decorated, this place was a jewel amid the city landscape. Minutes from nature and Zilker park and the downtown sector, this is truly a haven.

Fabulous location!

This was the perfect rental for me, my partner, and our pup during our visit for a concert. Classic Austin neighborhood, beautiful trees and close to everything. Cynthia made sure we had everything we needed, including coffee AND creamer! Everything was clean, cute, and organized. Definitely staying here again.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is exactly as pictured, very clean and quiet yet very close to the park, restaurants and live music. Zilker park is absolutely beautiful and is within walking distance. Downtown is a short Uber ride away. The unit is well stalked with every thing you need. The owners have really thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Top Notch Property

We have stayed in several rentals in other cities, and the properties offered by Zilkervacations in Austin top the list. They are exceptionally well stocked, and the owners are very responsive to any questions or problems. The ATX is spacious, well furnished, and unrivaled in access to parks, trails, and the downtown area. We have stayed several times in his and other units, and will continue to do so in the future.

Peach, the Broker in the family, is an avid golfer and likes to do anything outdoors as well as garden in his Zilker area home's backyard. Cynthia manages their rental property along with their son, Jay. Cynthia loves to cook the vegetables that Peach grows and take long walks, bike rides and swims.
