Hearts just make people smile. The Heart House will certainly make you smile!

You will sleep soundly in the king bed and enjoy the top floor view from the floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom from the chaise. The living room features a vaulted ceiling with clear story windows which provide wonderful natural lighting. Just through the sliding glass doors awaits the balcony, which is always a popular hangout spot for your morning coffee, dinner, or a late night cocktail.

The Heart House has a fully furnished kitchen that is equipped with all the dishes, utensils, pots, pans and appliances you’ll need to cook in if you so choose. This includes a blender, toaster, coffee maker, ice trays, water boiler, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We offer organic local Ruta Maya coffee beans, a variety of teas and cream, organic sugar and Splenda.

ROKU Smart TV with antenna for local channels in the living room. Streaming capable to all your favorite streaming apps.

All of our units have irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap as well as sheets and towels, including beach towels to take to Barton Springs Pool!

We have reserved parking for 1 car right by the staircase to the door.

Quick Weekend Trip

We stayed for a dance competition at Palmer Event Center with our dog. The place was very clean and was easily accessible to where we needed to go. It was quiet & had plenty of grass space around to walk our dog. We had a mishap with check in but everything got resolved quickly.

Fantastic location, adorable property!

We stayed at the Heart House for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it couldn't have been more perfect! Cute, well appointed and short walking distance to park, trails, restaurants!

Perfect for ACL Festival!

We stayed here during the ACL Festival. It's a perfect location close to restaurants and the entrance to the festival. The house has great views. Property managers are great with communication and have everything you need for a great stay! I will be renting again for next year!

Great house - Great location!

We had a great stay at the heart house. House was in the heart of Zilker - fun and active area! Amazing views and quiet property. Hosts were very accommodating - house was clean - bed was comfy - and porch was awesome. Would stay again!

Lovely Accommodations

Cute spot in great location

Owners were readily available for any questions and needs...excellent commmunitcation the whole time, (before, during, and after stay)! Apartment was clean and comfortable and so close to everything we wanted to see and a very nice Whole Foods! Felt safe in the nice neighborhood. Hope to be back!

Zilker Park and South Austin

Came in for a week to see family, watch live music, go to the Texas vs Kansas State football game, eat, and relax. The Heart House was perfect, pet friendly, and perfect location for access to downtown, SOCO, Zilker Park, etc. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend for a small group in your party.

Rental exactly as pictured

The apartment was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was perfect; walkable to some places and a short uber ride to downtown. We had a beautiful view of the Zilker park Christmas tree from the balcony. Would highly recommend this place.

Austin fun...

Everything was as promised. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at! They provided whole bean coffee, a grinder, and a french press for our morning coffee! The communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Couple's Getaway

We totally enjoyed our stay here at this lovely place. More than we ever expected! It had everything we could possibly need and all the little touches were so thoughtful towards the guests. We love how convenient and close it was to all the restaurants and things that we planned to do in Austin. I would totally recommend this place to any couples and definitely be back here again.

Perfect perch

Heart 💜 house is a perfect little apartment perched in the hills surrounding Austin near Zilker park. Just a short walk to the famous Barton Springs natural pool 🏊‍♀️ and places to dine or drink. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and all the fun local things to close like the Botanical gardens. The apartment is clean and well furnished- the coffee was delightful.

A Texas Sanctuary

We love staying at the Heart House. It's a lovely little space within walking distance to Barton Springs, a true sanctuary from the Texas heat. Property managers Peach & Cynthia were so generous and kind when we left behind credit cards in the home, she just mailed them back to me. No shame! We look forward to returning to the Heart House soon, it's such a peaceful delight.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the Heart House. The condo is in a great location--close to all the action in downtown Austin and right down the street from Zilker Park. With the nice view of downtown, we particularly enjoyed relaxing on the deck. The king size bed was comfortable, and we appreciated that shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer were provided for us. Lots of info/magazines about Austin and things to do are also in the condo. We highly recommend staying here!

Relaxation with a VIEW in a great location

I travel to Austin a few times a year to visit my daughter at UT and every trip I spend hours looking for property that is visually appealing in a great location at a good value. The Heart House exceeded my expectations. It is a superb location for access to numerous restaurants and shops while being close to downtown and campus. The natural light was a fantasti bonus as was the oversized bedroom.

Great stay in Austin!

This little property was perfect for my daughter and me as we worked a busy event just down the road at Palmer Event Center. And by “down the road” I mean literally so close to everything! Zilker, Barton Springs , and downtown. It was comfortable and has an amazing view of downtown. Jay and Cynthia were so great to work with, even accommodating me when I messed up our booking. I would stay again.

Family Staycation

My Daughter and I decided to stay in town this summer to explore Austin deeper than usual . The Heart House was the perfect location for our adventures. Anyone wanting to be a short walk or uber to Zilker Park, Barton Springs, the Greenbelt, live music, and excellent food in a quiet old Austin vibe location should consider booking this spot. We already booked ours for next summer. Thanks to our gracious hosts the Reynolds for making sure we were 100% satisfied.

Wonderful stay for ACL! It was about a 15-minute walk to the festival, but there were also a ton of bike-carts that would give you a ride there (for a fee, of course). Hosts were great! I thought I had added pet into the reservation, as that was one of the main reasons that I booked with them since they are pet friendly, and the host kindly told me that it was missing. I was easily able to pay the pet fee directly to the host with no issues! The place is very cute and clean as well. We were able to see the concert stages at Zilker park from the balcony as well! Overall, great stay and great hosts!

Great spot for Austin City Limits Fest

Walking distance to Zilker Park. Not to steep uphill climb to get back to the apartment after the concerts. Very comfortable bed. Clean, tidy and super easy to communicate w the owners. My friend said the pull out couch was comfortable. However, the only bathroom is located in the bedroom so you have to be comfortable with somebody walking in and out of the bedroom to use the bathroom. 10/10 would stay there again

Peach, the Broker in the family, is an avid golfer and likes to do anything outdoors as well as garden in his Zilker area home's backyard. Cynthia manages their rental property along with their son, Jay. Cynthia loves to cook the vegetables that Peach grows and take long walks, bike rides and swims.
