Enjoy Saltwater Pearl at Pelican Place!

This premiere home in the all-new development has a porch-view of both of the heated pool and The Gulf.

Designed with family in mind, Pelican Place offers beach house living surrounded by beautiful sugar white sand beaches and calming lagoons.

Beach access is 100 feet away with a pedestrian crosswalk, light and restroom. Spend the day at the beach, kayaking in Little Lagoon or choosing from the many award winning restaurants in the area.

The Saltwater Pearl offers 2 primary suites with king beds and private bathrooms. 1 queen bedroom that shares a bathroom with the queen bed and Full Bunk bedroom. Full Bunk bed is for children only, under 150 lbs max. We offer a pack and play and high chair to accommodate infants.

We highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed the most wonderful, relaxed time staying at The Pearl in Pelican Place. The property is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and most importantly clean. Everything a person could need was provided. Beach toys, chairs, wagon, toilet tissue, dish soap, towels, bbq grill with propane. The kitchen had it all as well, I did not need one item that was not there and in good condition. Kudos to the hostâ˜ș. Get some groceries, grab your clothes and come have some fun. The walk to the beach was easy, and the POOL!!! The kids had so much fun hanging out with their cousins and burning off energy allowing the adults to relax and genuinely enjoy each others company. I personally left the property only once after check-in. The Pearl afforded us the perfect space to truly be present in each moment we spent together. Beautiful Home & Great Location

The home was perfect and very clean. Perfect location with beach access within a short walk. We enjoyed the views on the deck and we’ll definitely be looking to book here in the future.

Beautiful Home with great Beach Access

This home is beautiful and comfortable. Ample seating in common area to accommodate a large group. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, food storage, and utensils. The beds are comfortable, but note in home says 150 lb weight limit on each bunk bed. The location is ideal with public beach access directly across the street. A local restaurant and convenience store are also within walking distance. The only downside to this property is that there is no privacy on the balcony. You are within a few feet of other homes with balconies on the same level. We will definitely keep this property as a favorite and return in the future.
