Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Central to ASU (Downtown Tempe), Cubs Spring Training, and Downtown Scottsdale. This tucked away townhouse provides a sanctuary close to all the best attractions. This 3 bed two bath townhouse is tucked into a small community in the heart of metro Phoenix. Master bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a full bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom. The third bedroom is set up for an at home office with a futon couch. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances along with a new washer dryer. The kitchen opens into the living room which has a vaulted ceiling, TV and a fireplace. The living room opens to the deck where outdoor patio dining is set up. Pool and hot tub are located in the center of the property and are accessible via key in the townhouse.

Baby shower

We were in town for a baby shower, the weather was amazing, the house was excellent, loved being able to unwind in the hot tub when the day was over. Thank you Tina for the amazing place to stay at.

All the good reviews say it all. Modern, comfortable, extra clean, tons of towels, iron, steamer, pool games, air purifiers, more. Can’t think of anything that would have been better. Walking distance to food. Highly recommend!

ASU 2024 grad in May

This is a high ceiling unit, very spacious and Amazing stay!! Comfortable and close to ASU and eateries in Tempe. Many amenities in the unit with dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven keurig or coffee maker and stove. Loved it here and will stay again if need 4 people in one place. Board games and lots of blankets in closet. Sad to leave!! :)

We couldn’t get into our rental

Make sure to correspond with the property owner before you arrive. We arrived late in the evening and expected there to be information on the listing of how to get in. When I looked, it said, a code will be emailed to me. Well, a code was never emailed, the property manager didn’t answer texts or phone calls and vrbo didn’t have the info and couldn’t get a hold of the property manager either. We had to find and go stay at hotel a few miles away for the first evening, which was quite a pain, late at night with two kids. We got the code in the morning and expected more than just “I’m sorry that happened” as they explained the code was supposed to be automatically emailed but wasn’t. I am happy to say that between vrbo’s guarantee policy and the owner, the complete cost of hotel was paid for, and I do really appreciate that. The unit itself was fine when we got in. It has three bedrooms, two furnished with beds. Since it says it sleeps 6, I thought there would be a pullout for the kids, but there was only a flat couch that didn’t pull out. So we put one kid there and one on the couch. But there was only one extra blanket so my son was freezing on the flat couch in the bedroom, even with the two small throws they had (kind of like rugs/ not warm and cozy) and the hoodies we bought piled in him. The next night, he squeezed in with grandma in her bed so he could be warm. I’d suggest they have a broom available and have extra toilet paper. We had only 2 rolls for 3 nights.

Perfect Weekend Stay

This 3 bedroom condo was ideal for our extended family in town for a wedding. There were pristinely clean rooms for all of us and comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces. The unit had all the essential kitchen and bathroom supplies provided. The condo is centrally located, only about 20 minutes from the experiences we wanted to have in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Mesa.

Family trip

The condo was relatively clean and the property manager was timely and helpful in her responses to our questions. I wouldn't advertise "sleeps 6" with only a full-sized daybed in one of the rooms, but other than that, it was conveniently located and it suited our needs for my elderly mother's final visit to her sister.

Perfect for our needs

It was very convenient. Nice amenities. Only down side was the lighting/fan wasn't working and Tina did her best to immediately address what we thought were the batteries and sending the right ones but it still wasn't working. I wish the code could be sent a week ahead as it was stressful with only 24 hrs or less. Other than that, it was nice to have a few things like foil and even some Pam. Appreciate washer and dryer but maybe a curtain would work so you could open the dryer more. Cute and comfortable.

Convenient to ASU

Located close enough to downtown Tempe/ASU to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy a little quiet. We especially liked the private shaded patio, and the guestbook guitar which was perfectly in tune!

Travelled to Phoenix for surgery from el paso

In Phoenix for surgery, with family. Town house is comfortable with 3 bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Washer and dryer large capacity. Easy access to 101. Plenty of restaurants at Tempe market place, Safeway and Walmarts close by.House is conveniently located at the beginning of complex with designated parking a few steps from the house.

Very nice stay

We would stay again! Very nice. Location was perfect for ASU graduation. Close to malls restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, was very clean and it was quiet. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect for move in at ASU

Lovely little oasis

Delightful stay. Morning coffee’s on the patio and full of afternoon dips on the pool to cool off. Close to all the activities in Tempe and a cute donut shop nearby.
