Quick stay

We came in from Northwest Ohio and stayed the weekend. This home was perfect! It had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved the area and hope to come back for a longer stay.

Wonderful house!

Everything was wonderful with the house. Clean and in a nice neighborhood. We were able to walk to downtown which was great. We would most definitely rent again!

The house is a wonderful location to walk to anything in downtown Waxhaw. Property was great, wonderful communication with host. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent house..

The property was so great and in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk away from downtown Waxhaw. The kitchen was well stocked and all was clean and fresh. The hosts were quick to respond and so kind. Definitely will use again when we come to the area.

Waxhaw Downtown Villa

Awesome house! Second time I've stayed there for winter holiday vacation. House is immaculate, like new, plenty of space, great for guests. Great location, walk to shops and dining in charming Waxhaw village. Close to South Charlotte but seems like you're in a small town in the country. Owner is very responsive and professional.

Home away from home

Perfect!

We were in Waxhaw for a family vacation and this house was ideal. It is located within walking distance of everything that Downtown Waxhaw has to offer. The host addressed any concerns quickly and efficiently. Our family was important to him. We would stay here in the future.

Very Cozy

We were there for my step-son’s wedding. We were on the go constantly of course. The house was so pretty and we loved how close Downtown was, it being just right there at us. I would definitely recommend it. I wish we could have stayed an extra day or so to recuperate and relax after being so busy. Thank you Chris.

Family visit

Downtown Villa is a beautiful home in a great location! My parents came with us to visit our daughter at college. The house is very comfortable with lots of space to relax and fellowship...cook, play games, read a book, watch TV or whatever you desire...with lots of shopping and great places to eat nearby. We'll definitely be back!

As soon as you walk through the door, you feel at home! It’s clean, modern, comfortable and all the amenities you will ever need are there for you. Everything in the home is top quality and furnished beautifully. We enjoyed our stay at the downtown Villa so much, we didn’t want to leave! Great place to stay in Waxhaw!

I was visiting family for the holidays and stayed for a month, and the stay was excellent. The house is amazing - seems brand new, very comfortable, all kinds of amenities and nice touches, plenty of room, new furniture and appliances, etc. Waxhaw is a great place to stay - I love to walk, and there is so much to experience within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The owner is very accessible and helpful. The only drawbacks are the parking is tricky at times, and the TV setup (Roku) is a bit wonky, but those are minor points.
