Welcome to Bougie Bear, your brand-new (Aug 2023) haven of Modern Mountain Luxury in Ellijay, Ga, nestled within the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains. Managed by "Mountain Vibe Vacations," this stylish retreat in the exclusive Watersong development offers a perfect escape from the city, providing all the comforts of home and a touch of elegance.

Bougie Bear warmly welcomes guests with pets considered, engaging in a thoughtful and individualized approval process for each case. Only well-trained, hypoallergenic, and non-shedding dogs will be considered. These guidelines have been established to create a serene and enjoyable ambiance for all our valued guests. To accommodate your four-legged friends, there is a pet fee of $50 per pet per night.

Great house and peaceful location

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well maintained and had lots of amenities and nice touches. The house was very spacious and gave us plenty of room for 6 adults and a child to stay comfortably. The location is quiet and peaceful, making for a relaxing vacation.

Top notch rental and management company

Our family enjoyed a 4 night stay at the Bougie Bear! The cabin was spotless, well stocked, and spacious. The decks, porches, and playroom are well planned for a relaxing time for everyone.

Relaxing weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is so cute, the house was so nice. We love the large round chair in the living room, the gas fire, the outside area with the grill and sitting, hot tub, outside fire. I mean the list goes on. The weather during our stay was incredible. The beds are on the firmer side. Looking forward to coming back or enjoying another stay at one of your other locations.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Bougie Bear for my Birthday. We stayed several times in the Watersong community, we just LOVE it! It was a very peaceful and relaxing off grid stay again. We enjoyed every minute of it, especially the patio, the outside fire pit area, and the hot tub are fantastic. We loved watching the deers crossing, and our furry friend enjoyed the gorgeous surroundings as well.The cabin is beautiful, with a modern and elegant twist on the mountain. Kitchen is well stacked, beds are comfortable, plenty of room for everyone. Easy access the Ellijay and Blue Ridge, all paved road, and great internet. David, the host was very responsive, great to work with and always helpful. We greatly enjoyed the place and highly recommend to anyone. We will stay again!

Review of Bougie bear

We had a wonderful visit. The minor things that I thought the cabin needed was it need a deep clean already. Furniture could be moved and vacuuming. And things coukd have been dusted. I own my own cleaning business so I alwals see things that others dont see. Also it could use a larger Frying pan since its a cabing for 10.But I think the place is gorgeous. We will definitely be back. Minor things don't bother me but love to share so you can improve on. Thanks for reaching out.

Fantastic Stay

We had an incredible time at Bougie Bear! There were tons of games and things to do at the cabin. We did tons of cooking and appreciated all of the spices and cooking utensils available. Thanks for a great stay!!
