The Space:
Beautifully renovated 8 bedrooms, 5+1 bathrooms. The upper floor has 2 big bedrooms with 1 queen size bed in each room, with a shared 4-piece bathroom.
The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a powder room. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed as well as a trundle bed that can accommodate children. It also has its own 4 piece bathroom. The 2nd bedroom on the main floor has 1 queen and 1 double size bed and a four piece bathroom adjacent to the room. The 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed as well as its own 4-piece bathroom. The 4th bedroom has 1 queen and shares the main floor bathroom.
The downstairs level is a walkout and offers an amazing panoramic view of the Bay. It has 2 bedrooms and a family room, as well as a shared 4 piece bathroom. One bedroom has 1 queen and the other has 1 queen and 1 double.

The house has every chef’s dream kitchen with a 4 ft cooktop, with 6 burners, as well as a 9 ft island, where everyone can gather around and be part of the action. The kitchen/dining room can comfortably sit up to 16-18 people. Take in the beautiful mesmerizing view of the Bay from anywhere in the kitchen/living/dining room. This home is spacious enough that everyone can have their own space to relax. It has 2 living rooms, a sitting room, and a bonus room off the kitchen with a pool table and where one can just hang out. Perfect for those rainy days. Parking is available for 7 cars.
Make sure to bring your marshmallows and cookies to make s’mores by the fire pit and your favourite grillables for the BBQ. There is lots of seating outside, as well as picnic tables.
The property is less than a 10 minutes drive to Picton and restaurants. Close to wineries, breweries, the golf club and more. Just under 30 minutes drive to Sandbanks and 20 minutes to Bloomfield. It is 15 minutes south of HWY401 and exit 49.

This is a private home; you have run of the roost ;) Guests have access to the entire house, deck, BBQ and parking.

Getting Around:
Car is the only way to navigate the County, this home allows for 7 cars to park in the driveway.

The owners live off-site and can be reached anytime during your stay. Sandbanks Vacations is available as well for backup. If access to the home needs to be arranged, Owner will contact you via text, email or phone call.
