RESORT-STYLE BACKYARD
The newly installed pool and spa is the highlight of Havasu Hideaway. Featuring color-changing LED lighting, magic bowl water features plus a built-in table for you and your friends to gather around. The covered patio with a large 8-top table is the perfect space to dine or play games, plus cornhole if you`re feeling competitive. Grill up your favorite food on the BBQ and enjoy the Havasu sunsets!

KITCHEN
The kitchen boasts plenty of counter space, an oversized island with bar seating for three, and fully stocked with modern appliances: an electric stove, electric cooktop, full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and k-cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee and assorted teas.

DINING
There is plenty of dining space at Havasu Hideaway. The indoor dining room features a large table with seating for 6 people, plus our indoor kitchen island with seating for 3. As well as our outdoor table with seating for 8.

4 BEDROOMS + 3 BATHROOMS
Bedroom 1 – Primary Bedroom: King bed, primary bath with dual vanity, soaking tub and shower. *Walk-in closet is off limits*. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 – Front Guest Bedroom: King bed next to ¾ bath. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 – Bunk Room: Two bunks with 4 twin beds. Next to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. (Sleeps 4)
Bedroom 4 – Queen Bed. Next to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo (Sleeps 2)

POOL/SPA HEAT
Please note the following information for pool/spa heating:
Advance Notice: To ensure the pool is perfectly warm upon your arrival, please request heating at least 3 days in advance.
Initial Heating Cost: Getting the pool to your desired temperature requires a $395 fee.
Daily Maintenance Fee: Maintaining the perfect temperature comes with a daily cost of $95.
Spa Heat: The spa can be heated for $35 per night from 6:00PM to 10:00PM. Please let me know if you would like to use it and I can turn it on remotely for you!
Payment: These charges are to be paid upfront. Please let us know how many days you`d like the pool or spa heated during your stay.

GARAGE + PARKING
At this time, the garage is off-limits to guests. There is ample room for parking in the driveway as well as additional side parking.

Downtown/McCulloch Blvd: 7 minute drive (> 3 miles)
Smith`s Grocery: 7 minute drive (> 3 miles)
London Bridge: 10 minute drive (> 4 miles)
Windsor Boat Launch: 10 minute drive (> 4 miles)

Guests may access the entire home except for the master closet and attached garage.
