Den här fastigheten ligger mindre än en mil från sjön och London Bridge. Det finns ett stort garage, lång platt uppfart och ett annat platt bergsområde bredvid uppfarten för extra parkering. Detta hem har en fin oval valvgång som leder till det mycket stora vardagsrummet som har en utdragbar drottningssofa med en uppgraderad madrass. Vardagsrummet har en glasskjutdörr till trädgården och 2 fönster som alla har nya persienner på sig. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, och det finns ytterligare två sovrum som båda har drottning sängar. Det finns ett stort 4: e rum med våningssängar - 1 är en Full over Full, och den andra är Twin over Twin. Bakgården är enorm och har 2 täckta uteplatsområden med takfläktar och dimma i hela, plus en stor inbyggd grill. Den har också en glittrande pool som kan värmas av naturgasvärmare. Gas är mycket billigare att driva än Propan för att värma någon pool. Den tropiska trädgården har palmer och snidade tiki-huvuden i hela. Det finns också ett hästsko-spel och ett ping-pongbord för din njutning!

Lake Havasu

The stay at Tropical Paradise was very enjoyable. All the rooms were clean. The backyard and pool was great for family fun. I would recommend the house to everyone.

Perfect stay

This property has a fantastic location with all the necessary amenities, making it easy to get to the lake and boat ramp. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, always available by phone to answer any questions. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and it was clean with an ideal temperature. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Very nice property and great host!

Friends Getaway

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at this house. Check in was super easy and the host/owner of the house is very nice and helpful. The house was as described and perfect for our group of 6 adults. We will stay again, the next time we plan a large group trip to Havasu.

Perfect for our family

Onyx Lane was perfect for our family trip to Lake Havasu. We had plenty of space, enjoyed the pool and yard, and loved the proximity to grocery stores and boat launches. Highly recommend.

The property was close to London Bridge and shops.Plenty of parking for our boats.The house was clean and accommodating and it was nice to relax in the pool after a long day on the lake.I look forward to staying here again.

Great location on a quiet culdesac.

Great experience, comfortable home with nice layout for families. Easy parking, large pool and covered patio area. House was clean and well stocked. Owners are friendly and responsive. We would definitely make another trip to this house.

Perfectly Perfect!

The property met every expectation and then some. The location was centrally located to everything you need and want when staying in Havasu. It was so easy to find and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was plenty of room for the boat and the other vehicles we had. There was plenty of rooms and bathroom for our family of 9. I really appreciate the bunk room because all the kids could be contained. The house was fully stocked with essentials. At the end of each day we enjoyed the pool and beautiful set backyard setup. Thank you Jaime for being so kind and helpful. We will be renting again.

Family fun in Havasu

We had a nice stay with our kiddos and friends in celebration of my husband’s 40th birthday. Close proximity to London Bridge, launch ramps, and everything you need. We enjoyed the pool and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Jamie was super helpful in providing recommendations for us as it was our first time staying in Havasu. Thanks for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great weekend trip home!

A few friends and I stayed in this beautiful home for a weekend to celebrate my birthday and it was great! The house was very clean and well-stocked when we arrived. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Jamie was an exceptional host! She was easy to get a hold of and communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Jamie is the most attentive and caring host we’ve had the privilege to work with. She provided great information about Lake Havasu and things to do during the time of our visit. She responded to questions immediately and checked in on us periodically just to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was as described and was a great winter haven for us. 4th of July

We had a great 4th of July!!!!!! The house was clean with very well provided instructions. The owner was also very responsive to all requests and questions. We (Bryon & Jamie Pyle) raised our family traveling to different lakes around CA. We spent 4-6 weeks a year doing Lake Vacations. We are a family that loves water sports & Lake Life.

Lake Havasu was our favorite Lake out of them all! 10 years ago, we bought our personal home in Lake Havasu and then began buying homes for Vacation Rentals. We had 11 Vacation Rentals and operated them for the past 8 years. Recently we decided it was time to sell several of the homes and keep our favorite 2 to continue to operate as Vacation Rentals. I (Jamie) was ready to slim down so I could have more free time to enjoy life, family & friends.

We have enjoyed hosting many amazing Guests over the years and look forward the them returning each year! It has been great meeting so many different people from around the world! It is very rewarding to hear of the great memories they create while staying at our Homes.

We have 3 married kids, & 6 grandbabies that are the highlight of our life. We go back and forth between Orange County, CA & Lake Havasu. Bryon runs his Mortgage Company in CA and Jamie runs the Havasu Vacation Rentals. We enjoy our Razor & hiking during the cooler months, and boating & jet skiing during the warmer months.

We have truly become attached to the awesome community that Lake Havasu offers. The many different events, restaurants, activities & amazing people make Lake Havasu a true gem!!
