Misleading

The condo itself was great but the bedroom carpets were filthy. We notified them with pictures the day after arriving and had no response. Their service tech came with an antenna for us and also saw the carpets and took pictures. Nothing was done was done for 10 days until we sent an email asking for a refund, then in a matter of hours were there to clean them. Having to deal with dirty carpets was very disappointing. Information about nearby restaurants and shopping within walking distance was misleading because there wasn’t any, your write up should have been updated.

Lacking the essentials

For the price I can not believe you can not provide toilet paper and garbage bags. These should be built into your expenses. I don’t go away on vacation to have to buy these things. The place and location were great. These were the only two negatives. As well as the cleaning staff showing up at 8:15am to ask if we are gone. I received an email and text to check out at 10:00. We were gone by 9:50am. So I thought that was rude.
