Marie was amazing to work with

We actually had to cancel our stay on the day we were supposed to check in due to a hospital stay. Marie was so kind and understanding. Without even us asking, she worked tirelessly with VRBO to help get us a refund. We appreciate her so much and will definitely be working with Marie again.

Great Place, Great Location!

Our family had a wonderful time here. I love NJ shore in every season, while we didn’t have the best of weather we did have a great home to stay. There were six of us (5 adults) and we had plenty of room for all of us. Very close to everything!!! While we are very familiar with the area, if you have any questions, Marie will offer the best suggestions. Extremely responsive. Very clean- lots of room. Would recommend!

Jersey shore fun

We had such a great time at our stay. The house was lovely. It was clean and had plenty of space for our needs. It was a perfect location, walkable to the beach and boardwalk but in a quieter location. We were able to bike the boardwalk everyday and watch the boats go in and out of the channel. Great place to watch the sunset. Great restaurants in walking distance. Marie was such a great host. She had lots of great recommendations and was available for any of our needs. We would definitely recommend and return if we were going to Point Pleasant again.

Down the street from the boardwalk. Brought our grandchild to the aquarium that was on the boardwalk. Marie was wonderful - told us we’re the best pizza & bagel places were. She was very accommodating too.

Thanksgiving visit

The home was clean and comfortable. The property manager was very helpful as far as what was included in rental, and what we needed to bring, I.e. sheets and blankets. She was also accommodating regarding our check in and out and keys. All in all a very good experience.

Clean and Cozy!

In spite of the rain, we had an absolutely wonderful time on the Jersey shore, this home being one of the highlights! It was everything we hoped it would be -- comfortable, roomy and conveniently located! 5-stars in every single category! The unit was well appointed and clean. The host allowed us our privacy and yet was instantly available when we had a question. We couldn't ask for better -- exceptional communication. We'll definitely be back -- the next time we are in the Point Pleasant area.

Great beach getaway

Marie’s place is the perfect location for beach fun! We loved being able to walk to everything: the inlet, playground, BEACH!, ice cream, many restaurants, boardwalk. Can’t beat the proximity to everything, especially with 3 kids along for the trip. Marie is very friendly and helpful and gave us some great recommendations for nearby kid activities that the adults also enjoyed. It was very helpful that she provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and badges for beach access. The house is clean and has all you need for a nice stay.

PPB House Trip

This was a great beach cottage for our family's short trip! Marie was an excellent host, with great resources, ease in communication and flexibility with our family needs. We would definitely stay again and recommend this to others. The location to Inlet and beach was a bonus. Awesome!

Clean house, everything you need, great location, amazing host! It was our first time in Point Pleasant and Marie was very helpful. She checked in with us throughout the week to see how things were going, see if we needed anything, and provided lots of tips on the area and things to do with our son. It was a very short walk to the beach, the boardwalk, and some good restaurants. There is also a nice little park nearby where our son loved watching the fishing boats come and go.

Fun stay!

Marie and Mike were terrific hosts with great recommendations for nearby food and activities. The location is perfect and house is fully stocked and comfortable! We definitely appreciated the beach equipment available too! Adults might want to bring their own pillows if they prefer firmer ones; also note that there is no dishwasher currently.

Our week stay, away from home!

We had a magnificent stay here at Maries clean, well kept home from home. Circumstance brought us here, and we could not have been any happier that our change of plans worked out as well as it did. Marie is a wonderful host...attentive, sweet and always there with some insight as to where to eat, places for fun, and just simply to chat. Marie is the perfect host! Her sister Antoinette, and Mike are great people, who everyday greeted us with a warm hello. We will surely be back, as this homes perfect location to the boardwalk, beach and entertainment make this a great location for any family!

Great Location & Functional Property

Family of 4 had the opportunity to rent Marie's property on extremely short notice as a result of Hurricane Irma changing our original vacation plans. Marie was fantastic to work with and allowed us to extend our stay by 4 days. The property was very functional and 90% of what you need is already supplied. Property was very clean and the location can't be beat. Only suggestion would be to install Tv's in the bedrooms, however, this is a small detail given the fact that we were hardly in the house as the weather was beautiful. Thanks again Marie for a great stay!!!!!!

Beautiful house

My family and I loved our week stay at 76 inlet dr in PP. it was everything I expected and much more. The house was clean and loved the hardwood floors The 3 bdrms were a good size We also liked the short walk to the boardwalk/beach Marie, the landlord, was friendly, caring and you could tell she takes pride in the appearance of her house inside and out We definitely will b seeing her next year for our week vacation in Point Pleasant Thank you for letting us stay at your house. THE BREZ FAMILY. 😋😎

Our family had a wonderful time! House is very convenient to everything! Just as described! Very clean. Marie was awesome. Very helpful with any info we needed! Would definitely rent again if we come back to Jersey!

Fabulous !!

The house was lovely! Had everything you could need in it and that says a lot because I had to bake while I was there. Pots, pans, mixer all there. Great location ! Walking distance to just about everything. The owner was absolutely wonderful !! So easy going and helpful.

WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!

My family has not been on a vacation together in many many years. When we all decided to go to Point Pleasant NJ, I researched different houses for rent...and got so lucky to find Marie's house!!! Our stay there was wonderful!!! It was in the perfect area...not too busy or noisy...so clean, we couldnt believe when we walked in it felt like the "home away from home" everyone talks about. Our 89 year old Mom came with us and she so enjoyed just hanging out at the house and reading, it was such a treat to be all together. Marie, Antoinette, and Mike were all so helpful...from helping us find great spots to eat, parking, church, grocery store, and just taking the time to chat with us on several occasions and get to know about them and about some of Point Pleasants history...well...we cant express how much we felt at home and we are already planning another trip to Marie's wonderful place. We so look forward to a longer stay next time...thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I used to rent this very house for 8 years & I loved the location so much I decided to invest in & renovate it to make it the ideal shore house for families like my own. I saw a need for a new, modern, CLEAN shore house for families to bring their loved ones & to feel like it was their own home only at the shore.

I bought this property because the location is just PERFECT! It is close enough to the beach, beach entrance & boardwalk (1 block) & to many restaurants (10 eateries within 5 minutes walk) plus all the activities are close enough for comfort but far enough from the crowds, noise & traffic of Ocean Ave, the boardwalk & nightlife.

People constantly compliment me on the GREAT LOCATION & high level of CLEANLINESS of the house. They tell me it has ALL the amenities they need & more! I live nearby & am available for any questions, recommendations or assistance at any time. We just ask that you & your guests respect the property at all times.
