Nybyggnation / Ett hus från Ortley Beach Boardwalk. Vacker inifrån och ut. 3 Familjhem. Denna enhet är en duplex med 2 sovrum med sovrum, en med en dubbelsäng, den andra med en king size-säng och ett kretsområde för spjälsäng. Vardagsrummet har en utdragbar drottningssoffa. Varje sovrum har tillgång till ett däck som har sittplatser och en halv markis för dem som gillar skuggan. 2 badrum, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, ss apparater, bänkskivor i granit, möblerade med helt nya möbler, 3 platt-TV och High Speed Fios internet. Utomhus modern dusch med kroppspray och ett lås för att lagra din strandredskap på ett säkert sätt. Utomhus picknickbord och gasgrill. Bestick, grytor, kokkärl, disk och barware. 1 parkeringsplats och gott om gratis gatuparkering. Jag glömde nästan att ta spiraltrappa till ditt eget takterrass med 360 graders utsikt över Ortley Beach. Sex strandpass ingår också. Ta med egna handdukar och sängkläder. Great location! Stayed here for a girls weekend. Short walk to the beach. Home is clean and decorated so nicely. Love the different levels of balconies you can sit out on. Had a great stay. Would definitely book here again!

Great location!

This property location is fantastic steps away from the beach and plenty of parking and close to 35 to go downtown. There was 3 of us and plenty of space for us! The whole house was super clean and beds are comfortable. The only thing to remember is this is a duplex so if others are staying we did fine you could hear the other guests through the walls and some of the windows look into your section which was kind of a bummer but not deal breaker. Overall great stay and great communication with the host.

Great Location

End of season so quiet and weather was great. The rooftop was a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. There are 3 units within the building and would be great to have friends and family altogether in one building.

Perfect location!

This is a perfect location. My cousin and I were lucky enough to find this gem for a last minute getaway. Clean, convenient and cozy. We wish we could have stayed a few more days to enjoy the beautiful weather. Great communication by the host!

Perfect Beach Stay

The property is conveniently located near ortley/lava shops and close to the beach! more than enough space and neighbors in the other units were also friendly. The rooftop deck is the perfect area to relax post-beach and hang out as the sunset and the night rolled in.

Fabulous stay here!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful duplex just one house in from the beach. Immaculately clean. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, lovely decor. The rooftop sitting area with views of the ocean was a big highlight for us. The owner was very nice and responsive to any questions we had .

Perfect Labor Day Weekend

What a perfect place. Drinks on the rooftop deck were a dream. Accurate description, well equipped and clean. Only thing I didn’t notice when I booked was there is no oven, but not a problem as we grilled outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

We absolutely loved staying in this house. We were in Apartment #3 which includes the rooftop deck and a deck off the bedrooms. It is ocean view from the rooftop. It’s very clean and has a perfect location to go to the beach too. On site parking and outside tables and grills.( there is no oven, only a stove top and microwave in the kitchen.) This was the second time we stayed here and we already booked next year!!

Perfect for a long weekend getaway

We loved this home. It was perfect and the roof top deck was a great space. We made memories and laughed with our good friends. We have already booked it for next year. One thing to note is there is a stove top but no oven. There is a microwave. And everything else you need. Decorating is neat and beachy! Highly recommend staying here if visiting Ortley Beach!

Worth it

I truly appreciate both (a) how Susan and Shannon effectively and efficiently communicated with us and answered our inane questions AND (b) the niceness of the property. It was just as advertised, and maybe even better. Highly recommended.

good not great

overall we had a great stay. the location was easy to get to, simple check in/out instructions, generous space, but hygiene needs to be improved. the floors was dirty and sandy when we checked. the upstairs bathroom had a piece of a soap bar from the previous guests, the main room bed was sandy under the provided quilt, and a private personal item was found beneath the bed of the second bathroom. still i found the renter to be very polite and quick to respond

Absolutely Amazing

Suzan’s place was wonderful. Everything was clean, the house smelled nice and fresh, and no carpet which was easy to keep clean with the sand. The house is a very short easy walk to the beach. A great bagel shop is at the other end of the street and has everything from sandwiches to milk and eggs. The 2 decks are a great private place to hang out. We managed to lock ourselves out and I’d like to share some insights from this experience. Leave a set of keys in the lockbox outside. We were able to get help, but it would have been a while before someone could come let us in. It is just a good idea to leave that set of keys in the lockbox because it is very easy to mindlessly close the door when walking outside and it locks behind you. A minor hiccup for us, but at the time was unpleasant. Would definitely stay here again, thanks for the awesome family vacation!
