After you park in the heated garage and unpack, you don't need to use your car again because many local attractions are located right in River Run Village in Keystone. Golfing, biking, hiking, spa visits, comedy shows, concerts, nearby yoga, and so much more!

Aspen Villas has very comfy beds and seating to unwind on after you enjoy the outdoor pool / hot tub.

~ Living room has a very comfortable Italian leather sleeper sofa (with a brand new gel mattress) and 2 leather chairs to comfortably seat everyone right in front of the gas fireplace.
~ Find some games in the living room coffee table / foot rest.
~ Dine at the bar with seating for four - Plus two more at the separate bar seating.
~ Master bedroom - King size bed. TV. Side tables. Closet where a playpen, floor fan, iron & ironing board, and pool noodles can be found (seasonal items rotated in / out).
~2nd bedroom - Queen size bed. TV. Side tables. Closet.
~Primary bath is open into the Primary bedroom has 2 sinks, tub/shower combo and separate toilet area.
~2nd bath has 1 sink /vanity, tub/shower combo and toilet area.
The FREE area bus stops right in front of the ice rink seen from your 2nd floor patio balcony.

* * HOA will perform maintenance on the pool and hot tub from time to time with short notice if an emergency. * * There is no guarantee of them being in service when you stay.

* Balcony gas grill and community gas grill are no longer available due to fire hazards/ insurance requirements for entire property and all other similar properties. *

To assure you have the best experience during your stay, our local management team is available should any maintenance issues arise. They also provide the entry keycards and parking permits. This requires me to gather your email & phone number for their communication after you book. I don't take off platform bookings.
