Vackert hem i skogen med utsikt över Snake River på Keystone Resort

Detta vackra arkitektdesignade hem, som ligger på Keystone Resort, har utsikt över floden Snake. Hemmet ligger en kilometer från skidområdet Keystone Mountain och en halv mil från golfbanan River Course. Gästerna har obegränsad tillgång till Soda Springs pool och badtunna.

Byggt av naturlig cederträ, har Keekorok 2400 kvadratmeter inutrymme, plus ett slutet garage. Huset har ett öppet vardagsrum och matsal med 17 fot högt välvt takträ, ekgolv, öppen spis och pittoresk utsikt över floden Snake och berget Ten Mile. Ett däck leder från matsalen och ett modernt kök. Fyra sovrum sover bekvämt upp till 8 gäster: Ett sovrum med en king size-säng på den lägre nivån, ett andra sovrum på den lägre nivån med en queen-size, plus två sovrum på den övre nivån - ett med en queen-size säng med utsikt över floden och ett stort sovrum i split-level med en dubbelsäng, en dubbelsäng och en tvilling. Alla sängkläder levereras. Huset är inrett med moderna ek- och teakmöbler.

En omfattande samling av modern konstutställningar överallt.

Köket har ekskåp och är fullt utrustat med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, brödrost, mixer och andra blandade tillbehör.

Huset innehåller också en modern tvättmaskin och torktumlare, panneldriven värmeväxlare för mycket varmt vatten och en luftfuktare för balanserad värme.

En andra golfbana ligger en mil från huset, och Keystone-stallen ligger en halv mil längs vägen. Längdskidåkning, vandring, fiske, cykling och tennis finns också på Keystone - och i den närliggande gamla gruvstaden Montezuma.

Ytterligare skidåkning finns i skidområdena Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain och Vail - en kort bilresa bort. Summit County har utmärkta vandringsleder i Arapahoe National Forest - vissa är också tillgängliga för mountainbike.

Det finns ett omfattande nätverk av asfalterade cykelleder, anslutna nära huset. Ytterligare golfbanor finns i Breckenridge, Eagles Nest, Copper Mountain och Vail.

Great multi family trip

Our families had a wonderful stay in Keystone. Location was perfect to drive over for daily skiing and we could enjoy the backyard trail. House is older, but has been well taken care of and provided excellent vacation value. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Keystone

My daughter, friends and I had a wonderful time at Sandy's place. We were able to cook several dinners all together with the well stocked kitchen. The rooms were comfy and had plenty of space for us all. We wish we had gotten the chance to use the fireplace as it would have been perfectly cozy after a day of skiing. We loved having VHS tapes to watch as we had not seen any in years. Would definitely want to stay here again for a future trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra's home. Everything was as described and Sandra is a great communicator checking in with us to make sure we had everything we need. A great location close to the slopes as well as hiking paths to enjoy the beautiful outdoors!

Great house in Keystone

Nice and spacious house! Very nice location. Price was definitely worth it. We stayed two families with a total of 4 older kids, it was very enjoyable that everyone had his own space. Sandra the owner is very friendly and available for any questions. We have been coming to Keystone for many years and it is definitely one of the best place we have rented. We would definitely stay again here.

AMAZING HOUSE AND STAY!

Cannot say enough good things about this property and owner Sandy. Pictures do not do it justice, it is the most beautiful home surrounded by gorgeous land. Not only did the house have everything we could possibly need, but Sandy was so attentive and kind to us. We had a vacation of dreams! As close to Keystone Resort as needed, and everything else you possibly could need. If you’re on the fence, JUST BOOK! We will be back for sure!!

10/10 Host to the Property!

Came out to keystone to do some snowboarding with the guys. The home is located perfectly — a 5 minute drive to keystone resort. Very clean and tidy. My group and I are all grown but the snow fort was a nice touch off the side of the house, we definitely enjoyed that! The hose is also incredible, helped a lot with the check in process and gave us a good rundown of the area incase we wanted to do something around town. All in all, we had an incredible stay!

We had a great time

We had a great time staying at this house in Keystone. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. There were plenty of games for us to play in the living room. The house is very cozy and a great place to spend after a full day of skiing. The owners were also very responsive and made sure we got up the mountain safely despite the snow. We would definitely consider staying again if we return to Keystone. There was great accessibility to the slopes and other fun activities in Keystone.

Absolutely Perfect

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We had a wonderful time in Keystone at this home. It was well stocked with all the things you could need for a week long stay. Our group of 10 (2 children & 8 adults) had plenty of room during our stay. We enjoyed the location with its proximity to the slopes, River Run area, and grocery store. During our day off we had fun adventuring down the bike path that was close to the house and walking to the Snake River bridge. We enjoyed the games and cards that were stocked in the home as well. Our group is already talking about booking this home again for 2025!

Private Home in great location with beautiful views!

Two families stayed at this location over President's weekend for a ski trip. This is a private home in a small cul-de-sac location. The parking is great with great driveway and garage parking. The home itself is terrific and perfect for two families sharing the rental.....clean, roomy and well maintained. The home backs up to open nature environment with a walking path behind that runs along the river down to Keystone Resort. It is an easy 1 mile drive straight down the road out front to Keystone Resort parking. The shuttle bus pick-up is about 1/4 mile down from the house and an easy 5 minute walk. I honestly can't think of any negatives about the home or location. Great Stay!

Ski Trip in Keystone, Colorado

This was my first time using VRBO. After the host called me I figured out that I was using an email I could not see. The host was great about communicating with me and figuring out my correct email. She answered any questions I had about the area. I went on a ski trip with family and friends. This VRBO location was great and closer to the ski lifts than I expected. We could park right at the bottom of the runs and not have to take a shuttle. Having four bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house was perfect for our group (my husband daughter and I had a bedroom with three beds, great if you have more than one kid, there is one bed we never used, my mom had a room to herself, my brother in law had a room to himself, and our friend had a room to himself). We had a great snowfall the night before our first day skiing, which was great! The only thing is that my husband had to scoop the driveway before we left in the morning. The front entry has a great area with a bench to take off ski boots. The view of the trees out the window was beautiful, and one room had a good view of a snowcapped mountain. We loved having VHS tapes in the house and we watched Princess Bride and Mrs. Doubt-fire in the evening with the fireplace going.

Wonderful home in Keystone

We had a fantastic Labor Day weekend at Keekorok. The home being at the back of the cul-de-sac and the Snake River running right behind the house makes it such a peaceful setting. You could be very content sitting on the back deck and listening to the river for hours if time allows. The kitchen has all of the plates/utensils/cookware you need and is well stocked with Ziploc bags, spices, etc. The four bedrooms, two on each floor, allowed our group of 8 to spread out and get some space of our own if anyone needed a break from the larger group. Sandy is a great host - she was responsive, she provided information about the area and activity ideas before we arrived, and she reached out during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We would love to stay at Keekorok again if our future travels bring us back to Keystone.

40th Birthday Celebration

This was our second time going to Colorado for a ski trip. It was originally 6 guys but last minute a 7th came. 6 guys had beds and the 7th slept on the couch. The house was clean, well kept and fully stocked. It was comfortable and no time did we feel cramped! Obviously, for 7 guys, only two restrooms had it moments but we knew that coming in. The location is perfect, close to everything you need and more. We skied at Breck (a 30min drive) but could have skied Keystone which is literally next door. Sandy (the owner) was super friendly and accessible. She called us the first day to be sure we arrived and all things were in order. On our last day, a historic moment for her (as this had never happened before), the electric company shut the power down in the area. When I reached out to her, about 7:45am, she answered and did what she could to find out what was going on. We ended up leaving early due to it being 5 degrees that morning and she offered to pay for our breakfast to compensate us fo the inconvenience. We look forward to returning 2021 and if our group is this size of smaller this will be a definite option we will consider! I would recommend this property to anyone going with a group similiar in size!

Nice property, disappointed in owners' involvement.

As background, I rented the property for four weeks in July of 2023 and upon inquiry by the owner stated my family is going to use it and also a work project in the mountains so it may also be used by workers. We did end up letting employees stay for a part of the four weeks and had never had more than 5 people overnight, in a property that sleeps 8-10. Keep in mind there was no interim cleaning or replenishing of supplies included by the owner during the four weeks. We inspected the property upon our departure and found it to be in order. Following our check out, I was contacted by the owner who claimed it took excessive cleaning time and minor items will need replacing. She asked us to reimburse her for $1300 which I disputed, yet out of good faith paid her. However, after payment the owner was not satisfied and filed an insurance claim (we did purchase insurance) and decided to leave a review of us as the renter. Based on this additional action on the owner’s part, I believe this is either a scam to obtain more money from her or her manager or their expectations are unreasonable. I think it is reasonable when you place your personal vacation property in the rental system that you understand there is a certain amount of cleaning/upkeep required. The property was not left in perfect condition but appropriate for four weeks of use. The owner also made derogatory written statements regarding Hispanics as tenants which I felt were inappropriate.
