Welcome to our beautiful 4-bedroom home! Our home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our home features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and four spacious bedrooms. We also have a large backyard with plenty of space for outdoor activities. Enjoy the beautiful weather by taking a dip in our private heated swimming pool or cooking up some delicious food on our BBQ grill. We hope you enjoy your stay!
Our private fenced-in property is perfect for family and friend getaways. Our home has a Pleasantly landscaped front yard and a sizeable backyard for outdoor activities. We have a large Master bedroom with a private master bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a huge bathtub. All four bedrooms have TV’s and are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The living room has wonderful artwork and features a sectional sofa. The marble top dining room table is perfect for family dinners. The family room has an extra-long cozy sofa with a big flat-screen TV. Our fully equipped kitchen has an island and everything you need to cook up some delicious meals. The washer and dryer are conveniently located by the second bathroom. The breakfast nook area is located by the sliding doors leading to the heated pool area. The screened-in pool area has a large heated pool with a Lanai and sun umbrella. There is conversation seating for six guests and two relaxing lounge chairs for a peaceful time in the sun. We also have a four-burner gas grill that is excellent for preparing some delicious food. The well-lit pool area is perfect for nighttime swimmers.
Lastly, We have four recording security cameras located outside the property.

Perfect Rest!

Our family of 8 stayed at this wonderful house for 5 days and would have loved to have stayed longer. When I say that Bobby is the BEST host you will ever deal with I am not wrong!! He has thought of everything.. from a house that was extremely clean, decorated super nice and had a wonderful layout...to lots of "extra" items that just make your stay so comfortable. In fact when Bobby found out that we had a one year old with us his mother brought over a brand new high chair for him to use...just so thoughtful and appreciated. Our family loved spending time by the pool where there were plenty of floats and toys and very comfortable pool furniture. We did have one stormy day and enjoyed the multiple TVs which had cable and Netflix. The house is also in a neighborhood where we felt perfectly safe to get out and walk and get some exercise. There are many fun things within a reasonable driving distance and Bobby is always available for great suggestions. Our family chose to drive to Tampa to the zoo one day and also to Clearwater to the beach. Oh, and for sure check out the Mermaid show which is just 5 miles from the house!

I wish I could give more stars

I really wish I could give even more stars for this property. It was spotless and set up with just enough furniture to be comfortable but not crowded. There were snacks and drinks in the fridge. The pool heat and pump were running for a pool that was the perfect size for our family of 5. A nice sitting area outside too! The property owner was very friendly and helpful, ready to answer questions and help us out. The bedrooms all have charging ports in the tables or lamps, and each had a big tv for relaxing entertainment. The kitchen is super spacious and had everything we needed! I can’t say enough good things about our stay here and I hope we can stay again!!

Springhill house

We stayed at this house from Feb.10th till March 9th. This place was very nice and close to grocery stores and other stores. Roberto the host was amazing. He communicated with us often, very helpful and asking us what he could do to make our stay better, then it already was. The house was very clean, with fresh flowers and snacks for us when we arrived. Roberto was very helpful and we just loved working with him and staying at his house. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you, Roberto for making our stay so good. Cheryl W
