Had a peaceful stay at the cabin. The eggs, fruit, ice cream, coffee/tea etc. was a nice touch. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. I will say the stairs to the loft are a bit steep, but manageable. I would recommend!!

Great Hosts of a Quaint Cabin

This cabin seems far from everything but it is actually an easy drive from the DFW area. The hosts were very attentive to our needs. We enjoyed sitting and eating on the porch as well as cooking and relaxing inside.

Great Stay In the Woods

Great property, away from it all. Host was easy to communicate with very helpful and had the fridge stocked with fresh eggs from the chickens on property, milk, butter, and ice cream. Would recommend! Bed was comfortable and the cabin was just the right size for a few nights in the woods.

Off road tranquility

The cabin was just as described. Tucked back in the woods off the road where we could unwind and come and go to visit our family. Except for the storms, the stay was wonderful.

Anniversary trip

This was our second stay at this location. This is a peaceful, comfortable setting, The host is exceptional and provided everything we needed for a quiet getaway. We celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary with our beloved 14 y/o dog. We enjoyed the natural beauty, the artistic touches, and the solitude. There's also a nice grocery store nearby.

Peaceful stay

Wife and I and 2 poodles had a great time at this cabin. Appreciated the cereal, ice cream, cold drinks, and fruit left for us. Would like to return next year.

Our favorite stay!

We enjoyed this cozy little cabin so much on our last minute weekend trip. We are a family of 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant and we managed a very comfortable stay. James was a super thoughtful host and the house was stocked with some essential items just in case anything was forgotten. Thanks for the awesome stay!
