About this space
This one of a kind home, with it's unique decor will make you will feel like you are in a luxury mountain vacation home.
Perfectly located; only two minutes from the fun of downtown Kirkland, Juanita Village and the Juanita park. Two minutes from I405 and 8 minutes from 520 W or E.
The space
This gorgeous one of a kind house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; 1 master room with a king bed and 2 guest rooms with queen beds. In the spacious luxurious master bedroom you will feel like in a sanctuary.
The basement it's an experience of it's own, with it's unique cozy rustic decor, a super cozy couch where every seat turns into a recliner chair, a bar, a 65" TV and a high end massage chair for a luxury massage. You can cave away for a unique experience to watch your fav games and/or listen to music. It also has a large beam bag that unfolds into a queen bed for extra sleeping space.
The living and dining room area open up to a large cozy deck with a gas fire pit to chill outside during a nice cool day or night.
While the adults relax at the deck the kids can play in the large private patio surrounded by gorgeous plants and trees, which is also perfect for a nice BBQ with the family.
