Overall we had a good experience. The location was great, parking was easily accessible, and the pool was nice. In reference to the negative comments about the pergola blocking the view and the pool pump being loud, we were not bothered by either. I think the condo could have been cleaner, but we never reached out to the host about it because we were enjoying our time and didn’t want to be bothered with someone coming in to clean.

Great!

Our stay was great! The condo was very nice and inviting. The security/checkin staff were so helpful and friendly. It was not a long walk to the beach which we enjoyed. And the pool was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Unit!

We gave stayed 3 times at this unit and qoyld rebt again. Size and location are perfect for us. I would say it could use a refesh on furnishings, paint, base trim, and cabinetry. Given that, we love the size and that is has 3 bathrooms!

10/10, this condo was nothing short of amazing! The views are amazing, perfect access to the beach, condo was very clean!! My family and I definitely enjoyed this condo as well as vacation. Can’t wait to book again!

Orange Beach

Over all they stay was excellent the only down fall would be the pool bathrooms were not kept up well but didn't ruin our stay. Great location and access to the beach and pool. Will be back soon.

Family Vacation

Overall I would say keep looking. The positives are the property management company is very quick to respond and are very helpful and kind. Its location is close to dining and grocery stores. The room is spacious enough for 6 people. Unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positives and I would not return to this rental. The inside is not as new and clean as the pictures portray. Paint is pealing, floors are dirty and scratched up. The view is blocked by a hut by the pool. The pool equipment for the property is right under the balcony. When trying to sit outside you hear it constantly running. The complex as a whole is older and needs repairs. We couldn’t get into the property at 4pm check in due to cleaning running behind. I would go back to Orange Beach but stay at a different rental.

Romar Place 201

We live Romar Place and have stayed in this unit twice. Great balcony and location. The negative is the flooring and how dark the bedrooms and bathrooms are. The master bath has the vanity faucets backwards and they leak. Over all a nice unit but could use some tlc. We will be back!

Wonderful place for a vacation

Love this condo and would stay again. On arrival, Management for the complex was very nice and inviting. *There is an awning to load and unload your luggage out of the weather. Also, there are luggage carts, and elevators *The building Management requires to pay to park. *The condo is located very close to the stairs, pool and beach. *Has an amazing large patio, plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms for a family of 6, plus i believe there was a couch sleeper, but not sure. Would definitely make this my favorite place to stay for future beach vacations.

Great Location and Beautiful condo

We had a great time! Location was perfect corner condo overlooking pool and beach. Stocked with most things needed to stay. The only issue we had was parking the first night (lot was over crowded) but we were allowed to park in loading/unloading area, and the dryer wasn’t getting hot. Tried to dry some towels and after 3 spins they were still damp. Otherwise we had a blast

Not impressed

The unit was dated and really not cleaned. The unit had several roaches and roach poo on the floors and counters. The dishwasher was not fastened, so everytime we tried to open the dishwasher it would pull out of the opening. The toilet in the master bathroom needed to be plunged after every use. Very dissatisfied with this unit but the 2nd floor view was nice. Probably would not recommend staying here.
