Family Christmas Vacation Getaway

The sunsets and gulf views were absolutely STUNNING! We even saw dolphins from the balcony! The inside of the property was as advertised and the kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make our meals. Kent was easy to contact and addressed our concerns very quickly. I booked this property for a family vacation over Thanksgiving. The location could not be better! It is right on a beautiful beach and within a short drive of anything else you might need. The property was the perfect size for our family of adults with a large kitchen, large living room and king beds in each bedroom. It was perfect!

Nicest Beach House I have ever stayed!

The place has a great open floor plan, a beautiful gourmet kitchen, and a huge primary bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom! An entire family could fit in the walk-in shower! We had our daughter’s wedding next door at Sunset Beach House and the villa was open and roomy enough for 7 bridesmaids, bride, hair stylists, photographers and family to get ready for the wedding and not be crowded! The only thing better than the house was the huge balcony and the spectacular sunsets! Also, the wildlife. We saw dolphins, a manatee, sting rays, pelicans, parrots, a puffer fish, numerous sea birds, tons of fish! Water was super clear and even found large sand dollars! A great place to stay!

Good place and needs some updating

The location and beach access was great. The house needs some updating. Painting, new mattress and pillows The master shower one got hot water 1 time. I believe there is something wrong with valve. Some little things, new pots and pans would be good as well as new towels. You should show more pictures of the beach from this villa.

Gorgeous views.

House could use a little maintenance but is the perfect space for a beach getaway. Kent was amazing! He was just a phone call away and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend if you want a beautiful house with incredible oceanfront views!

Perfect Getaway

We have a lovely time during our stay. Villa is about 40 minutes from the Tampa airport. The pictures are very accurate of what the Villa has and looks like. Kent the property manager is quick to respond to any question or issue you are having during your stay. We loved how we could walk out the door and the beach was at our toes. Lots of places within walking distance from the Villa to eat. Publix is just quick 5 minute drive down the road if you plan on stocking up! Fridge is great size as is the freezer. If you are looking for a beach getaway that has it all you have found your place. Traveled with my BFF and our kids- 4 in total- ranging from 11-15. They enjoyed it!

Graduation Weekend at the Beach

This was a fabulous spot for us to use as a home base for a special graduation weekend for my daughter. Tons of space for 7 of us to spread out and get ready. All the bells and whistles you would need for making meals, going to beach and just relaxing. Very nice appliances. Would recommend the penthouse if you can get it but the Villa we stayed in was great. Beautiful view of the ocean and just an all around great time with the family. Thanks to the owner Kent for stopping by at the beach to check on how things were going.

Escape to Treasure Island

The property is set on the beach that is loaded with shells. Everyday was a treasure hunt to find the best shells. We saw dolphins, rays & crabs. Sunsets were fabulous to watch from our beach or on our lovely balcony looking out at the gulf with a nice glass of wine. Looking forward to return again one day.

Wonderful Property!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunset Beach Villa! We traveled with children ( 5 and 18 months) and spent a lot of time on the spacious deck! The sunsets were amazing! The beach is a short walk outside the door and there were plenty of beach chairs and beach toys available! Our host, Kent, was always available and stopped by to update us on the Tropical Depression Fred. I wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely make a return visit.
