Beautiful accommodations and views

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and the views were amazing. If I had any complaint, it would just be the water pressure in the showers and the comfort of the queen beds.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Clean and spacious for our needs. Still seemed a little overpriced, but that’s life these days. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay there again.

Great beach and comfortable condo

We had a relaxing time. The beach was amazing. We rented a cabana 2 days which was really easy and made our time on the beach enjoyable. We would highly recommend this condo!

St Pete Vacation

Our room was great, views even better. The only downside I have is the elevator was terrible and we only had one parking place which caused an $80 parking ticket on second car.

Frustrated

Very frustrated with the host and property management team. When we showed up, there was family in the space So our check-in was delayed, we had to re-clean the place on our own, and they have yet to reimburse us anything for our troubles.

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath, spacious,clean. The view was incredible, being right on the gulf. Easy access, down gulf boulevard. Great restaurants in the area. You could walk to some. We would love to return.

Great stay

Clean & comfortable. Living room seating nice for all. The rooms were a little small but it worked. 1 parking space was tough but we’re we able to secure free guest spots for the other cars. Would return.

Family Vacation

We loved the penthouse. It was clean and roomy for 6 adults and one baby. Loved that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Location was great. Right on beach grocery within walking distance. Loved that we could walk to Sloppy Joes and Caddy’s right from the beach. The rooftop at the condo was great to watch fireworks on Fourth of July!

Spring vacation

Overall clean unit, with great views. Needs cookware in the kitchen, very limited. Wish the property had a grill. Parking space was too small for our vehicle. Ocean views, fantastic. Enjoyed but could have a few things done better to achieve an outstanding stay

wonderful place

Tge property was as described. Spacious enough for our 4 adults and 3 children. Kids had plenty of room to run around and adults still had some privacy. Loved the ocean view, from the balcony or from the rooftop, it was wonderful. Our only complaint was the water pressure. The owner was very approachable and responded quickly. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back.

Awesome getaway

We had a great stay. One of the bathroom was not cleaned well and the water pressure was low in the master. We had to deal with the unexpected black ant. But o er all we had a great stay and will be returning. It was close to everything and the water views was just amazing. So relaxing. Can't wait to return.

Great Property and Great Management

The pictures were very representative of the property. Everything was clean and new. We loved our stay of one month. We had one small issue with kitchen implements, but Jessica (Sandcastle Realty) took care of that in one day. There was an issue with teenagers messing with the hot tub, but the property management took care of that overnight. This is a great property, and you will love it. Everyone that manages this property is a professional. There is a maintenance man on site everyday, so there are no issues to worry about. We loved our stay.

Detailed list of what is available on property

We need to know a detailed list of what is in the condo. There was no hairdryer (that I found), no coffee filters and no soap for the washing machine. We had to go to Publix 2 times to get things. It was not a problem, but it would be solved by listing the things included.

Wonderful place

Oceana west is a great location with a beautiful view to the beach and evening sunsets. We had the 6th floor with 3 sliding glass doors off our living and bedroom to our Lani. The unit had a couple issues with a few floor pieces that were not properly seated and occasionally you would walk over them and they’d pop up. Needed a few light bulbs in the living room and Lani balcony. We stayed 5 days and had to run down garbage bags after day 3. Also didn’t have dish soup or laundry pods. I know these are somewhat small issues however for the cost per night we should not have been without. All in all would highly recommend this condo

Not as Advertised

The location of this property is excellent. It's on a very wide and private beautiful beach, but the property is not as stated in the listing. The listing indicates that the property is new, and although it is not an older property, it has significant wear and tear (stained and broken furniture, dirty walls and floors, etc.). We went as a family and were expecting a higher end family property. This rental looks more like a spring break pad. The rooms are very small, and it is definitely not a high end unit. The worst part was just how beat up the place was and the kitchen had a serious ant issue which made having any food open and available impossible. We enjoyed our trip because we needed it after the last several months, but the rental was a major disappointment. I would not return because there are nicer properties in the area.

Great location with plenty of room

This unit is spacious for 6 adults. Beds were comfortable which allowed for good sleep. View is great for sunsets. We visit Treasure Island a couple of times a year and stay on this mile stretch of beach. This is our second stay in this building. Beach is quiet, Publix down the street, a few places to eat within walking distance. John’s Pass is just down the road if you need your fix of chain food. The unit had beach gear that included chairs, kids toys, noodles, small cooler, and beach towels which made it very easy to hit the beach every day. We donated a boogie board when we left. The unit has the basics such as a small number of glasses, 4 coffee cups, and pans etc. There are no wine glasses The coffee maker is standard drip coffee so plan accordingly. No condiments are in the unit, also plan accordingly. The pool below the building is small but good for when the family needs a break from the sun. The only knock on this location is the unpredictability of the elevator. It worked for the majority of our stay. Another guest said they needed to call the fire department as they got stuck in the elevator. This issue is a common theme in other posts you’ll read. Visit Caddy’s if you miss the crowd, enjoy a drink, watch a sunset and often live music. Bar across the street from Caddy’s has live music as well, but smaller venue. Go to Island Grill on Tierra Verde for good food, local vibe (a lot of retirees), long happy hours. It’s a drive that includes a toll.
