Great property!!!! Super clean, very large condo. Space for everyone. Beach towels and chairs provided. Balcony overlooks the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful Views & Sunsets

Our stay was very nice. Spectacular views of the ocean!!! There were 4 of us( 2 couples). The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was great too, steps from beach, near many fun/local establishments. The only con i found, could use a couple chairs that so not sit so low. I had a surgery a couple weeks ago, and could not use the chairs in the unit. We were able to rent chairs right there, (extra cost) which was nice, but it would’ve been nice to have a higher type of chair ro have to sit and watch the sunset. We had a GREAT time. Thanks again

Beautiful accommodations and views

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and the views were amazing. If I had any complaint, it would just be the water pressure in the showers and the comfort of the queen beds.

Very frustrated with the host and property management team. When we showed up, there was family in the space So our check-in was delayed, we had to re-clean the place on our own, and they have yet to reimburse us anything for our troubles.

Does Anything Work???

We chose this location for our family celebration for the views and location to the beach…both were great…That being said we were sadly disappointed in this premium property…nothing worked… 1. The TV didn’t work until the evening of our last day so we missed all our football games. 2. Wanted to dry our wet clothing but the dryer didn’t work. Had to sit in the apartment for a 1/2 a day while it was fixed. 3. Once the dryer was fixed we looked to wash some of clothes and you guessed it, the washer didn’t work. 4. So how about the kitchen??? Six people but only four drinking glasses .When asked the company did bring more glasses but we shouldn’t have to ask. 5. Fan in the primary bathroom didn’t work. 6. The pool was full of sand and needed cleaning. I could go on but why…Needless to say if you rent a premium place you expect things to be at a functioning level. This was not.

St Pete Vacation

Our room was great, views even better. The only downside I have is the elevator was terrible and we only had one parking place which caused an $80 parking ticket on second car.

Great Stay

Condo was wonderful in a good location where its in walking distance to restaurants and some shopping but far enough away to be a bit calmer. Water pressure a bit low, bathroom fan didnt work and parking is tight but we have a large SUV. All so minor we didnt even complain but all in all, great place.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Clean and spacious for our needs. Still seemed a little overpriced, but that’s life these days. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay there again.

Best View on the Beach

Great place with an amazing view. Able to house our two families (7 people) with room to roam. And again, out the front door you have a view of the (inter-coastal) waterway and off the balcony you have the best view of the gulf/beach. Ideally, I would have liked to have more options within walking distance (coffee, dinner, etc.). But overall, great stay.

Overall clean unit, with great views. Needs cookware in the kitchen, very limited. Wish the property had a grill. Parking space was too small for our vehicle. Ocean views, fantastic. Enjoyed but could have a few things done better to achieve an outstanding stay

We had a relaxing time. The beach was amazing. We rented a cabana 2 days which was really easy and made our time on the beach enjoyable. We would highly recommend this condo!

Great Property and Great Management

The pictures were very representative of the property. Everything was clean and new. We loved our stay of one month. We had one small issue with kitchen implements, but Jessica (Sandcastle Realty) took care of that in one day. There was an issue with teenagers messing with the hot tub, but the property management took care of that overnight. This is a great property, and you will love it. Everyone that manages this property is a professional. There is a maintenance man on site everyday, so there are no issues to worry about. We loved our stay.

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath, spacious,clean. The view was incredible, being right on the gulf. Easy access, down gulf boulevard. Great restaurants in the area. You could walk to some. We would love to return.

Great stay

Clean & comfortable. Living room seating nice for all. The rooms were a little small but it worked. 1 parking space was tough but we’re we able to secure free guest spots for the other cars. Would return.
