Delaware City Oasis, is a premier luxury property that is truly one of its kind in the entire state. The Oasis is a serene and picturesque retreat nestled in the heart of Delaware City , Delaware . This hidden gem offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, providing a perfect blend of modern amenities. As you enter the oasis you are greeted by 5000 sq ft that is prime for entertaining in every room. This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 10-12 guests. Bring out your inner chef, or choose from our recommended chefs to prepare delicious meals in this newly renovated commercial grade kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with marble counter tops, island with stainless steel farm style dual sinks, 30 cubic ft refrigerator, built in Zline convention oven , state of the art 6+ burner dual fuel gas stove with blue tooth , pull out mixer elevator, and so much more. The centerpiece of the oasis is the stunning great room. Inside the great room you will be entertained 24 hours with full access to a commercial bar with brand new granite countertops and our newly renovated 16x32 ft heated in ground pool, 4ft to 9ft deep . Tired of swimming , relax in the hot tub and watch your favorite shows on our 86 inch flat screen tv. The great room has vaulted ceilings with sky lights , pool table, Sonos surround sound system with blue tooth access for guests . There is a full bathroom with shower that adjoins the the Great room for guests to shower and change. Walk outside and lounge on our large deck, relax and enjoy the1.5 acres of landscape. There is also a lake nearby that is home to ducks , birds ,and turtles, adding to the enchanting atmosphere. For those seeking a bit of an adventure, the Delaware City Oasis offer a range of recreational activities. There are well maintained bike trails allowing visitors to explore the natural beauty of the area . Visit merchants row or take a short ferry ride to pea patch island for a historical civil war tour. Delaware City Oasis is a perfect escape and is waiting for you !

Hello Delaware City Oasis...

We arrived later than expected. We had called Suzy to give her an estimated time, and she said no problem. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. We were greated by Leslie, and she was awesome. We had a brief tour of the house and given the instructions. The house is large and spacious. Plenty of room for all of us. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen and the great room. Loved them both. The pool was so nice. We wish we had given ourselves more time to enjoy it. The bar in the pool area was greaty appreciated. And the surround sound too. There were plenty of bedrooms, and bathrooms. And all the blankets and pillows you could need. The back deck was nice, with all the lights lit at night. It was a perfect location for our long weekend, close to everything, just minutes away. The host and staff were fantastic. Everything we needed was there. Time went by so fast, and before we knew it , it was time to leave. It is an amazing place to stay, we totally recommend it. Thanks Suzy and Leslie....The Sisters

Clean and comfortable

My stay was very nice for my friends and family. We definitely enjoyed the space we had and how clean it was . And overall just how comfortable we were. The host was very welcoming and helpful. I appreciate the host so much !
