Nya renoveringar för 2017 (helt nytt kök och huvudbad, uppdaterad master bad), detta 4 sovrum 2 badrum enda familjebostad med stor inhägnad gård ligger bara 6 minuters promenad till stranden och mindre än en 12 minuters promenad till stad. Nyinredda, alla nya apparater, och mer gör detta till en bra semester reträtt emot upp till 10 personer! Det här hemmet har central luftkonditionering, trådlöst höghastighetsinternet, plattskärms-TV med digital kabel, en separat tvättstuga, och matrum sittplatser för 10. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en skjutbar glasdörr till bakgården, samt ett stort badrum med duschkabin. Sovrum # 2 har två queen sängar, sovrum # 3 har en queen size-säng, och sovrum # 4 har två enkelsängar. Utanför hittar du en sluten utedusch med varmt och kallt vatten, en gasgrill, uteplats bord, en främre däck, en inhägnad gård för familjen kul, en stor uppfart som parkerar 2 bilar och gratis parkering.

Just excellent

This house was just perfect for my family to relax over MDW. Great house and property for everyone to find space and enjoy the weather. Short walk to the beach and a quick ride to the mall. Loved it!

Summer Vacation

Great place to stay! Clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Home away from home. Within walking or biking distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping and more. Hardly needed to use our car. Relaxation!

Great Place

This is second time we rented this beach house. It’s close to the beach. It’s close to town. Parking is readily available. We highly recommend this house for a great family vacation.

Friend get away

We loved this cute, comfortable house on a quiet street near the ocean. We (a group of 5 older ladies) enjoyed our time in Cape May very much! We went to the lighthouse, the beach, shops, and tried a number of great restuarants/ coffee shops. We also spent time walking in the neighborhood of the house. Overall we had an amazing vacation!

Beautiful house!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is exactly as pictured. So beautiful and comfortable. It was spotless clean and everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very responsive to all my questions (right down to the size of pots and pans the have for family spaghetti dinners, lol). I Highly recommend and we will most definitely be back!

Family Trip

Everything about the property was excellent. The location from the beach was a short distance. The parking was ample especially for a beach town. The house was closely located to the center of town by taking a 15 minute stroll. Overall a full five star rating from the whole family. Thanks!!!!!!

Well done rental

One of the better rentals we've stayed at. Close enough to everything but far enough to get away from the hustle & bustle. Too far for the 70-something in-laws to walk to the beach and parking was limited at best. Highly recommended regardless!!

Ron and Kim Tupper är värd

Ron & Kim Tupper bought their first Cape May house in 2000, and have since bought and renovated 10 more homes here in Cape May. Married more than 30 years, we and our two kids spend nearly every weekend of the year in Cape May, our favorite beach town! Our weekends in the off-season find us busy renovating, building, and putting our personal touches on every one of our properties so they are welcoming for every one of our tenants. Each weekend in the summer, we personally check on all of our properties between rentals, take care of the lawns, meet our new guests for the week, and make sure our tenants are all comfortable before we head to the beach for some sun and fun!
Kim grew up coming to Cape May for a week each summer, and then when we moved to Pennsylvania, we found ourselves in Cape May for a weekend each summer while we performed with the Chester County Concert Band (before we had kids of course!) We knew we wanted another place to call home, and Cape May was an easy decision.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased this home in 2013 as some of our guests were asking for a larger home (we have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom places, but stopped renting our other 4-bedroom home in 2012 to use it ourselves). It is only 4 houses away from our home at 506 Reading Ave which is also one of our favorites.
